• Understanding of steel detailing conventions (gauge lines, edge distances, weld symbols etc.) • Operating within steel standards and codes • Create structural steel fabrication drawings • Visualize and interpret steel structure drawings in 2d and 3d • Design and detail connections including checks for conflicts with support steel and equipment • Work between multi-disciplinary engineering groups • Foundation detailing including pile cap layout and design
