• Lead and/or support the development, implementation, and evolution/refinement of client-facing projects • Lead and/or support the development and documentation of measurement strategies and plans • Lead and/or support evaluation design, including development of learning questions and overall methodology to answer them • Conduct landscape assessment and literature reviews to inform development of project/study plans • Conduct qualitative and/or quantitative data analyses • Design and develop various compelling data products and visualizations to communicate findings • Craft high-quality written deliverables to support program design, implementation, performance measurement, and evaluation • Provide facilitation, coordination, preparation, and documentation support of coaching sessions with organizations and communities • Support and/or lead coaching sessions for clients to help build their data and evaluation capacity
