• Lead the elev8 CSM team: managing Customer Success Managers, building the systems that make client relationships predictable and scalable, and holding the team accountable to retention and growth outcomes. • Serve as elev8's behavioral health and insurance expert: the person treatment center clients immediately trust because you speak their language and have lived their problems. • Own BH and payer discovery on every new client onboarding: mapping census history, payer mix, admissions funnel, and insurance friction points, and translating that into strategic context the delivery team needs. • Maintain portfolio-wide MRR retention at 95%+ and drive Net Revenue Retention to 110%+ through expansion and deepened account engagement. • Identify at-risk accounts early, build intervention plans within 5 business days of escalation, and return flagged accounts to healthy status within 60 days. • Ensure 75%+ of active accounts are on track toward defined census, CPL, or CPA targets at all times. • Build and enforce the CSM operating system: onboarding workflows, QBR cadences, escalation frameworks, and documentation standards across ClickUp, Salesforce, and Agency Analytics. • Develop CSM talent through structured 1:1s, documented performance expectations, and clear promotion criteria. • Elevate the entire elev8 team's BH intelligence: build the internal knowledge base that makes every campaign, report, and client conversation more grounded in operational and payer reality.
• Own full-funnel paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft/Bing, programmatic, and emerging platforms • Establish portfolio-level performance benchmarks: CPL, CPA, ROAS, and CAC:LTV ratios • Own daily and monthly budget pacing and forecast portfolio growth toward $1M+/month in managed spend • Build, lead, and mentor a growing team of PPC Specialists and media buyers • Run structured 1:1s, set performance expectations, and develop talent toward promotion • Own the full attribution roadmap: GA4, GTM, call tracking (CTM, CallRail, Further), offline conversion imports, and CRM integration • Deliver high-fidelity dashboards and performance reports that influence strategy, not just show metrics • Operate as elev8's AI-native paid media practitioner, build prompt libraries, document frameworks, and contribute to internal AI tooling • Lead adoption of AI and automation across the team to reduce manual work and raise the performance ceiling
• Maintain and optimize project management systems: task hygiene, project templates, SOP documentation, and delivery tracking. • Build and manage KPI dashboards and operational trackers in Excel and Google Sheets for leadership reporting. • Support quarterly OKR tracking: milestone progress, completion rates, and variance flags. • Coordinate cross-department workflows: follow up on action items, maintain execution visibility, ensure nothing falls through the cracks. • Maintain the SOP library: version control, formatting consistency, and team accessibility. • Support onboarding logistics for new hires: documentation packages, access coordination, and 90-day checklist tracking. • Maintain workforce planning data: headcount trackers, capacity inputs, and hiring forecast support. • Support talent acquisition activities: coordinate job postings, manage candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and handle hiring logistics as directed.
