• Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for caregiver roles • Source, screen, and move candidates quickly through the hiring process • Conduct phone interviews and coordinate next steps with urgency • Partner with branch leaders to meet hiring goals and staffing demands • Maintain accurate candidate tracking in ATS systems (Workday + Phenom) • Leverage sourcing tools like Indeed, Phenom, and other platforms to build pipelines • Monitor recruiting metrics (calls, offers, hires) and adjust strategies • Ensure consistent follow-up and communication with candidates and stakeholders
• The Medical Reviewer collects appropriate medical records, performs medical record reviews related to billing compliance, and submits records to payers, as requested. • The incumbent analyzes submitted claims and/or claims to be submitted as well as medical records to determine benefit coverage for medical services under review. • This position prepares written documents and/or reports of completed medical review determinations and submits records to the payer, as requested.
• Creates and implements a strategic plan for territory growth and development • Implements provider relations strategies to positively affect referral base and revenue in assigned territory • Identifies and visits case managers, discharge planners, social workers, physicians and any other potential and/or repeat referral sources on a scheduled and regular basis • Documents efforts appropriately • Submits to RVP and/or AVP a planned schedule, weekly contact reports indicating status and follow-up plans for contacts, and quarterly provider relations analysis • Maintains working knowledge of industry competitors as a continuous measure to ensure Elara Caring’s ability to retain and grow market share • Maintains working knowledge of health care industry, including legislative and regulatory changes which will impact business • Collaborates with Leadership to plan, implement and participate in trade shows and other opportunities to promote Elara Caring in the community for referral generation or field staff recruitment purposes • Collaborates with Leadership in contract assessment, preparation, and negotiation, as necessary • Communicates new contract information to all office staff as applicable
• Ensure that all activities performed align with the vision of Elara Caring’s board of directors, executive team, and the leadership of the Personal Care Services team. • Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to sell products or services. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and understanding their unique needs through care coordination. • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers. • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Guide customers through the referral process, including identifying needs, providing service recommendations, and closing sales. • Address customer objections effectively and turn potential rejections into sales opportunities. • Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends. • Maintains patient and staff privacy and confidentiality pursuant to HIPAA Privacy Final Rule. • Performs other duties/projects as assigned.
• Build and maintain ongoing communication with payer partners and referral sources through creative and consistent outreach • Develop and distribute digital content such as newsletters, payer updates, referral partner communications, and campaign announcements • Manage and execute digital media strategies designed to grow private pay referrals across New York • Recommend and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility • Draft clear, professional communications that reflect Elara Caring’s brand and mission • Manage campaigns across email marketing platforms, social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook), and CRM/lead-tracking systems • Maintain accurate databases of contacts, referral sources, and campaign engagement data • Track performance metrics including click-through rates, engagement levels, lead generation, and conversion rates • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reporting to leadership • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging and outreach with growth priorities • Provide responsive, professional communication support to internal and external stakeholders • Uphold Elara Caring’s mission, values, and commitment to high-quality patient care • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and company policies • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
