• Evaluate how AI tools are transforming: Software development workflows, Secure coding practices, Cybersecurity operations, Engineering productivity • Identify capability gaps between industry practice and current curriculum. • Propose structured integration of AI tools and workflows into the curriculum. • Recommend guardrails for responsible and ethical AI use. • Design scaffolded approaches to enhance foundational skill development. • Collaborate with Faculty and Academic leadership to review outcomes and recommend updates. • Provide structured written recommendations and roadmaps for implementation guidance.

• Conduct one-on-one sessions with students to promote informed borrowing, debt management strategies, and repayment responsibilities. • Lead financial literacy workshops to equip students with tools for successful financial planning. • Monitor and collect student tuition payments, collaborating with billing services to ensure accuracy. • Review and verify the accuracy of ledger balances for near-graduates. • Collaborate with graduating students to assess and determine the most suitable post-graduation payment plans. • Oversee billing for all tuition reimbursement programs, including employer-sponsored reimbursement, and Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs. • Conduct exit counseling sessions with graduating students, providing guidance on student loan repayment and addressing any outstanding account balances and ensure consolidation of Institutional Financing loans services by 3rd party servicers. • Proactively notify students of account balances through outreach including in person meetings, phone calls, text messages and emails. • Escalate delinquent accounts and collaborate with staff for resolution, following established workflows. • Contribute to workshops and sessions aimed at raising awareness of payment plans and financial resources.

• Support the Financial Assistance Department with phone calls, email inquiries and tasks as assigned • Assist students with their FAFSA, Entrance Counseling and Master Promissory Note • Process student invoices • Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the efficient daily operations of the Financial Assistance department • Pitch in to support department initiatives • Work with financial assistance advisors • Updates reports and spreadsheets • Collect students documents and scan to image now • Other duties as assigned

• Advises students, using remote technologies (Zoom, Microsoft teams), about methods to pay for their education, financial aid eligibility, application procedures, financial assistance programs, costs, indebtedness, money management and financial planning; individualizes information to the particular needs and situation of the student. • Collects and/or analyzes financial data on students to determine financial aid eligibility and makes awards within federal, donor and/or institutional guidelines. • Evaluates unusual/mitigating circumstance documentation or information provided by the student; exercises judgment by making adjustments or revisions to costs, contribution, need or dependency status as exceptions to the prescribed process. • Answers questions, inquiries or requests from students, parents, or guardians in person or in writing regarding financial aid programs and eligibility. • Analyzes system generated reports such as grades and enrollment status or award status to verify continued compliance and eligibility of students receiving aid under federal and institutional guidelines; notify students of changes in eligibility of awards and alternatives to amend the situation. • Interfaces with students and lenders, employers and/or Student Services staff to resolve concerns.

• Responsible for leading and managing an admissions team • Provide professional, high quality customer service to potential students • Ensure campus targets are achieved while maintaining the highest level of ethics and integrity • Conduct annual performance evaluations of Admissions Representatives and Assistant Campus Director of Admissions, if applicable • Manage remote admissions team to ensure that inquiries are followed up with in a timely manner • Represent the school both on and off campus to prospective students, parents and other individuals or organizations involved in the college selection process • Conduct remote-based admissions training as required • Develop, plan and execute on-campus events and programs

• Lead the design, development, and revision of courses and learning experiences across online, hybrid, and on-ground delivery formats • Serve as project manager for course development and revision initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communication, and workflow coordination • Collaborate with faculty, subject matter experts, academic leadership, and external partners to align course content with learning outcomes, certification standards, employer expectations, and institutional quality standards • Support the thoughtful integration of Generative AI and emerging technologies into course design, instructional strategies, learning activities, and assessment practices • Help develop instructional approaches and assessments that recognize the growing presence of AI tools in academic and professional environments while promoting authentic learning and student skill development • Evaluate and recommend AI-enhanced learning tools and instructional technologies that improve student engagement and learning effectiveness • Design and develop engaging instructional materials using learning management systems and digital authoring tools such as Canvas, Articulate Storyline/RISE, Adobe eLearning tools, Camtasia, and related technologies • Stay current with instructional design best practices, adult learning theory, educational technologies, industry certifications, and emerging trends in higher education • Provide guidance, training, and support to faculty and staff during course development, implementation, and transition activities • Analyze course feedback, learner performance data, and quality metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 2-3 years of related experience in academic advising, coaching or counseling preferred. - Any equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training. - Ability to create new relationships and build trust with your students. - Well-developed oral, written, telephone, and digital communication skills. - Able to keep multiple tasks organized in a fast paced work environment. - Ability to analyze, review, and comprehend data. - Desire to help others achieve their goals. - Excellent customer service skills. - Technical skills and experience with Microsoft Office and a database management software. • Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions within Dynamics 365 using plugins, JavaScript, workflows, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps. • Configure and extend Dataverse entities, forms, dashboards, and security roles to support business and academic needs. • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications (student information systems, learning management systems, HR, finance, etc.) to streamline data and processes. • Partner with business analysts, faculty, and administrative staff to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Maintain and optimize existing Dynamics 365 configurations, ensuring reliability, performance, and security. • Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to IT colleagues and campus stakeholders. • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements following best practices.
