Role Description We are looking for a single blended resource who can cover both functional support and technical integration responsibilities for Coupa in a pharma/life sciences environment. The consultant will serve as the day-to-day Coupa SME, handling end-user tickets, configuration changes, and Coupa–NetSuite integration monitoring and troubleshooting. Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST | Monday – Friday (20 hrs/week) Note: Fixed morning window — candidates must be available during these hours.
