Telemedicine Primary Care Physician (Behavioral Health Physcian) Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified Telemedicine Physician to deliver high-quality, integrated primary care and behavioral health services within a value-based care model. This role is ideal for physicians motivated by improving outcomes, reducing total cost of care, and delivering proactive, longitudinal patient management through a virtual-first platform. Physicians will provide comprehensive care across both physical and behavioral health, managing acute and chronic conditions while addressing underlying drivers of utilization, including mental health and social factors. Care is delivered through scheduled and on-demand encounters, with all interactions documented in the Doctronic platform. Key Responsibilities - Deliver whole-person, longitudinal care that integrates primary care and behavioral health, with a focus on measurable outcomes. - Manage acute and chronic conditions, emphasizing the reduction of avoidable ED visits, hospitalizations, and specialty leakage. - Conduct behavioral health screening, diagnosis, and front-line management (e.g., anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use), integrating care into overall treatment plans. - Prescribe and manage both medical and psychotropic medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines. - Utilize data-driven, measurement-based care (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7, utilization patterns) to guide clinical decisions and track patient progress. - Identify and address high-risk patients and rising-risk populations through proactive outreach and care interventions. - Perform risk stratification and care planning to improve quality metrics and patient outcomes. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team (behavioral health specialists, care coordinators, and support staff) to ensure coordinated, high-value care delivery. - Document all patient interactions and care plans in the Doctronic EHR, ensuring accuracy for quality reporting and value-based reimbursement. - Maintain compliance with HIPAA, telehealth regulations, and state-specific prescribing requirements. Requirements - Active, unrestricted medical license in at least 40 U.S. states (50 states preferred). - Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required. - Demonstrated experience in integrated care delivery, including management of common behavioral health conditions within a primary care setting. - Strong understanding of value-based care principles, including quality metrics, utilization management, and total cost of care. - Experience managing chronic conditions and high-risk patient populations in a longitudinal care model. - Comfortable prescribing and managing psychotropic medications within a primary care scope. - Experience with telemedicine platforms and delivering high-quality virtual care. - Excellent communication skills with a patient-centered, outcomes-driven approach. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in value-based care environments (e.g., Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, ACOs, employer-sponsored populations). - Familiarity with quality measures such as HEDIS, STAR ratings, and other performance-based metrics. - Training or experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or collaborative care models (CoCM). - Experience with data-driven care, population health tools, and outcomes tracking. - Multi-state licensure via IMLCC strongly preferred. - Prior experience in a virtual-first or digital health organization. This role is ideal for physicians passionate about preventive care, metabolic health, and improving long-term outcomes through a value-based, virtual-first model. Physicians will manage patients across the continuum of care, with an emphasis on obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and related metabolic conditions, while integrating behavioral and lifestyle interventions to drive sustainable health improvements. Key Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive primary care via telehealth, focusing on weight management, diabetes, hypertension, and metabolic health. - Evaluate and manage patients for medical weight loss, including appropriate initiation and ongoing management of GLP-1 receptor agonists and related therapies. - Diagnose and manage chronic conditions with an emphasis on prevention, early intervention, and reduction of long-term complications. - Develop personalized care plans incorporating nutrition, physical activity, and behavioral health. - Monitor patient progress using data-driven approaches (e.g., A1c, blood pressure trends, weight, adherence). - Adjust treatment plans proactively to optimize clinical outcomes and patient engagement. - Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines and state regulations. - Educate patients on lifestyle modification, medication adherence, and long-term disease management. - Document all patient interactions and care plans in the Doctronic EHR in a timely and compliant manner. - Collaborate with care team members (e.g., health coaches, care coordinators, behavioral health specialists) to support sustained behavior change and outcomes. - Ensure compliance with HIPAA, telehealth regulations, and state-specific prescribing requirements. You will own the full research lifecycle from hypothesis through publication. • Build and Manage Academic Partnerships • Identify, cultivate, and manage collaborative relationships with academic medical centers and research institutions. Structure joint studies, negotiate data sharing agreements, and coordinate multi-site research efforts that lend external credibility and rigor to our evidence base. • Drive Health Economics and Value Demonstration • Partner with health economists and actuaries to develop and validate savings methodologies, cost-effectiveness analyses, and actuarial models. Translate clinical performance data into the economic language that payers, health systems, and regulators require. • Collaborate with Internal Evaluation Teams • Work closely with Doctronic’s internal clinical evaluation and data science teams to prioritize research questions, establish evaluation frameworks, and ensure that ongoing quality measurement feeds into the broader research agenda. • Shape the Research Roadmap • Help define what questions matter most — and in what order — to support Doctronic’s commercial, regulatory, and scientific objectives. Balance the need for rapid evidence generation with methodological rigor.

• Design high-converting landing pages optimized for lead generation, trial signups, or telehealth conversions. • Produce large volumes of static creative for paid social, display, and programmatic ad campaigns. • Build and optimize email and SMS campaign creative, ensuring visual consistency across channels. • Collaborate with growth and product teams to implement CRO best practices (headline hierarchy, CTAs, forms, layout, mobile responsiveness). • Maintain Doctronic’s brand integrity while adapting visuals for performance use cases. • Use AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, Figma AI, Runway, etc.) to accelerate concepting and production. • Continuously iterate on design based on performance data, A/B test outcomes, and user behavior insights. • Manage a structured file system for all assets, ensuring everything is ready for fast deployment.

• Build and maintain Statamic-based templates, structures, blueprints, and collections • Extend Statamic with custom addons, filters, or tag modifiers as needed • Maintain and optimize Laravel PHP code that supports CMS logic • Help manage thousands of SEO pages, JSON feeds, and markdown/html hybrid structures • Automate structured content pipelines and taxonomy-based rendering • Maintain dynamic sitemaps, canonical logic, and localized versions if applicable • Ensure every page adheres to performance and SEO standards (LCP, CLS, Core Web Vitals) • Embed schema.org structured data where applicable • Support custom Open Graph rendering and Twitter card logic per page • Build lightweight integrations (e.g., forms, analytics, review widgets, newsletter signups) • Collaborate with marketing ops for GA4, GTM, and event tagging • Assist in CI/CD workflows for safe deployment across dev/staging/prod

• Own the lifecycle of clinical pathways and practice guidelines from drafting through rollout and iteration • Create concise, AI-native, usable protocols that drive consistent, high-quality virtual care • Define escalation criteria, exclusion criteria, referral pathways, and safety thresholds for virtual-first care • Ensure guidelines are communicated and implemented through training, documentation standards, and workflow integration • Ensure guidelines are deployed through an AI-friendly interface • Continuously refine how care is delivered across intake, triage, assessment, treatment planning, follow-up, and escalation • Identify operational bottlenecks and redesign workflows to improve quality, speed, and patient experience • Standardize high-performing clinical practices and reduce unwarranted variation • Assist with QA and performance review of Doctronic Physician Group providers • Assist the product team with clinical design for new programs and condition pathways • Define eligibility, care cadence, clinical requirements, safety guardrails, and success metrics • Partner with Product and Engineering to translate clinical logic into usable product and workflow experiences • Drive clinical readiness for launches and ensure safe, coherent execution at go-live • Lead practice quality and patient safety initiatives across the care model • Maintain a functioning safety event pipeline and review process with timely corrective actions • Run continuous learning loops through structured case review and quality audits • Define quality metrics, monitoring dashboards, and improvement targets with Analytics • Maintain a practice within the Doctronic AI-Native Care platform
