• Own and lead the technical sales discussions for high-value customer engagements. • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior IT and security executives, deeply understanding their threat landscape and technology environment. • Design and deliver compelling technical demonstrations and POCs that highlight differentiated capabilities of the 7AI platform. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product features and roadmap priorities. • Tailor solutions during Proof of Value to ensure long-term customer success • Mentor and guide junior Sales Engineers, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing. • Represent 7AI at industry conferences, panels, and partner events as a technical subject matter expert. • Drive continuous improvement of pre-sales processes, tools, and documentation to support scale.
• Develop and manage deep, trust-based relationships with channel partners across your territory, serving as their primary point of contact and internal advocate • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets, driving co-selling motions and joint go-to-market initiatives including campaigns, events, and solution packaging • Build and deliver enablement programs that equip partner sales and technical teams to effectively position and demo 7AI solutions, keeping them current on new capabilities and competitive differentiation • Conduct regular business reviews and track partner performance metrics — pipeline contribution, deal registration, revenue attainment — providing data-driven insights to sales leadership
• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—within private equity firms and their portfolios • Build and manage relationships with PE stakeholders and operating partners • Drive pipeline through outbound efforts, networking, and partner collaboration • Position 7AI’s solutions to address cybersecurity and operational challenges across portfolio companies • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions and ensure successful deployments
• Analyze and validate investigations completed by the AI Agents for accuracy, completeness, and risk • Correlate data from various data sources including cloud, endpoint, identity, network, etc. to understand the full picture of a malicious activity • Investigate malicious activity that the 7AI Agents responded to and understand the complexity of the attack that was stopped including the risk that was prevented for customers • Use our advanced AI Agents to hunt in customer environments to detect and remediate emerging threats, ultimately contributing to detections that will be folded back into the product • Assist customers with ongoing threat monitoring, triage, and prioritization of security alerts as needed but especially during incidents to resolve threats and secure the environment • Proactively identify potential threats and anomalies in customer environments by reviewing logs and malicious findings • Utilize your supreme communication skills to engage with customers who vary in their level of technical depth and focus (from SOC analysts to CISOs) • Architect processes while we build out this elite organization to scale the operation sustainably while maintaining consistent quality • Collaborate with the Engineering and Product teams, providing feedback on the customer experience and assist in optimizing and tuning the AI platform • Stay current with emerging cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and new attack techniques, especially the field of AI-driven attacks
