AI & Innovation Marketer / Marketing AI Lead

• Serve as a key bridge between digital, creative, and content processes and their automated execution using AI across the entire global Devoteam group. • Design, document, and implement AI-driven marketing workflows, fostering experimentation, and accelerating the adoption of innovative technologies. • Design, build, and optimize automated marketing workflows using low-code/no-code platforms like Make.com or n8n. • Integrate and leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Gemini and Claude to automate content creation and operational processes. • Manage, synchronize, and track marketing data across core platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and corporate social media channels. • Execute and support hands-on creative tasks, including digital copywriting, basic editing, and minor graphic design. • Lead continuous experimentation with emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks to keep marketing operations at the vanguard. • Drive "Change Adoption" by mentoring, training, and guiding internal marketing teams to integrate AI into their daily routines. • Collaborate closely with the Group’s Brand & Content Director to ensure strategic alignment, brand consistency, and high visibility of innovation initiatives. • Design and maintain data dashboards to track process efficiency, performance, and the ROI of implemented automations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, Growth Marketing, or a closely related role.
- Proven hands-on experience building complex workflows with automation tools (specifically Make.com or n8n).
- Strong technical fluency and familiarity with API integrations, webhooks, and prompt engineering for LLMs (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI).
- Solid understanding of CRM environments and marketing data management, preferably with HubSpot and Salesforce.
- An experimental and out-of-the-box mindset with a passion for troubleshooting and turning manual workflows into automated solutions.
- Basic hands-on skills in content creation, including copywriting and familiarity with visual design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, or AI-assisted design).
- Excellent communication, pedagogical, or training skills, with the ability to lead change management and teach non-technical teams how to use tech.
- Full professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory, as you will interact daily with international teams across the global group.

This leader will help Seeq move from isolated AI experiments to a durable, governed, high-value operating capability that improves the speed, quality, and repeatability of go-to-market execution.
