Role Description Dearest Care is hiring a Growth Operator to own our activation and conversion funnel end-to-end — from the moment a prospective patient lands on our site to the moment they show up for their first advocate intro call. - This is not a channel role and not a strategy role. - You will own a single number — qualified patients showing to their advocate intro — and everything between the click and that call: landing pages, eligibility and intake flows, booking, reminders, show-rate operations, and the lifecycle messaging that holds it all together. - You'll also own what happens after the first call: referrals, reactivation, and the conversion of today's patients into longer-term, higher-LTV relationships. - You'll work directly with the founders, a performance marketing lead driving top-of-funnel demand, and a lean engineering team. - This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role with no team to start. - You'll run a high-velocity experimentation program: forming hypotheses, shipping tests weekly, reading the data yourself, and compounding wins. What You'll Do - Own the full activation-to-show funnel: landing page → eligibility check → intake → booking → confirmed show to advocate intro call. - Run a weekly experimentation cadence: prioritize hypotheses, ship tests, analyze results, document learnings, and kill or scale fast. - Build and optimize lifecycle flows (email/SMS) in Customer.io to drive bookings, reduce no-shows, and re-engage drop-offs. - Fix the leaks: diagnose drop-off at every funnel step (eligibility entry, MBI input, booking flow, show rates) and ship targeted improvements. - Own funnel measurement: clean event tracking, consistent step definitions, dashboards the whole company trusts, and proactive reporting so leadership is never surprised by a trend. - Stand up a referral motion: turn happy patients into a repeatable source of new eligible patients, friends-and-family invites, and word of mouth. - Improve retention and revenue per patient: identify and test paths from first call to long-term engagement. - Partner tightly with performance marketing on lead quality and message-to-funnel continuity, and with operations on advocate scheduling and capacity. - Communicate clearly and constantly: what changed, what moved, what's next. Qualifications - 3–7 years in growth, with direct ownership of a consumer funnel from landing page through a booked-and-showed appointment, call, or equivalent high-consideration conversion. - A track record of moving activation, booking, or show-rate metrics that you can walk through in detail — what you tested, what worked, what failed, and why. - Hands-on lifecycle experience: you've personally built flows in Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, or similar. - Analytics self-sufficiency: you pull and interpret your own data (SQL, GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar) and don't need an analyst to know what's happening. - Scrappy shipping ability: landing page tools, no-code/low-code, light scripting or AI tools — you find a way to test without engineering. - Extreme bias to action: fast response times, short cycle times, and visible urgency. When something breaks, you're on it in minutes, not days. - Clear written communication and the judgment to flag problems early rather than letting them surface downstream. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in Medicare, healthcare, insurance, benefits, or other trust-heavy, compliance-constrained consumer categories. - Experience marketing to older adults, caregivers, or families navigating healthcare. - Bonus: you've built a referral program or organic/word-of-mouth loop that worked. Benefits - Dearest Care is building the infrastructure that makes patient advocacy accessible at scale. - Every percentage point you add to activation or show rate is a real person who gets an advocate instead of giving up at a phone tree. - You'll own a critical part of the business end to end, work directly with the founders, and help define the playbook for a category-defining healthcare company. Applicants must be based in the United States.

Role Description Build the systems that enable us to scale care while preserving the human touch. - Location: Remote - Type: Full-time — hands-on, doer in the age of AI - Compensation: Competitive salary + high equity - Tech Stack: Python/Django (backend), React/Next.js (frontend), Postgres, Aptible Dearest Care is scaling rapidly, and we need a robust technical foundation to deliver consistently exceptional patient and customer experiences. We’re searching for a senior, hands-on engineer who thrives on owning problems end to end — from scoping and designing, through building and shipping, across our full-stack platform. This is a greenfield platform with real adoption. You’ll set architecture, engineering patterns, and development velocity from day one. Expect to ship quickly alongside intelligent agents, integrate AI directly into the product, build features with healthcare compliance as a core requirement, and collaborate directly with operations and product teams in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. You’ll code alongside our CTO. This isn’t a "sit behind dashboards and guess what matters" role. You’ll talk to advocates and patients, use the product yourself, and ship code that has tangible impact: reducing hospitalizations, ER visits, and chaos for families. Qualifications - 5+ years of full-stack development experience - Ability to independently ship complete features — ideally in Python/Django, React/Next.js, and Postgres - Experience building secure, HIPAA-compliant systems in a regulated healthcare environment - Comfortable working with RESTful APIs, relational databases, cloud hosting, and managing CI/CD and deployments - Prefer speaking with users over guessing from tickets - Thrive in an environment that’s high-ambiguity and high-velocity Requirements - Own problems, not just code - Are AI native and can integrate AI into real tools - Experience with EHRs, claims systems, or care coordination tools (bonus) - Possess deep DevOps skills: container orchestration, observability, and security hardening (bonus) - Been among the first five engineers at an early-stage startup (bonus) Benefits - Freedom to Build: Own projects completely, from architecture to release - Direct Customer Impact: Your work immediately affects patients, care teams, and partners - Entrepreneurial Team: Learn from experienced founders - High-Impact Mission: Work to close a $25B+ healthcare navigation gap - Ownership: High visibility, real autonomy, and a founding equity package Company Description Dearest Care was started after our founders' personal journeys navigating the healthcare system for their families. Our vision: everyone deserves a fighter. We blend intelligent software with human advocates, supporting Medicare patients through diagnoses, billing, and care plans. We’re a Series A company operating with a lean, impact-driven mindset, rapid execution, and conscious leadership. Our team is tight-knit and fast-moving, focused on meaningfully improving healthcare navigation.

We value diverse perspectives and operate primarily within the Americas timezone. Excellence, integrity, and conscious leadership shape our every decision. - Prioritizing human connection within our team and in our work - Pursuing excellence in execution, communication, and creative problem solving - Practicing radical candor—addressing tough topics with honesty and empathy, uplifting each other - Competing smartly in the customer’s interest - Upholding the 15 commitments to conscious leadership

Role Description We're seeking a Community Engagement Manager to help define how Dearest Care presents itself across public communities, social media, and review channels. You'll manage our presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, Trustpilot, Better Business Bureau, and other patient-facing or public feedback spaces. This role is a blend of customer empathy, brand stewardship, issue escalation, and digital fluency. You will be responsible for ensuring Dearest Care responds promptly, thoughtfully, and accurately whenever patients, caregivers, advocates, or community members engage with us online. Working closely with our Customer Experience, Clinical Operations, Marketing, and Product teams, you’ll ensure every interaction reflects our voice, reinforces patient trust, and turns feedback into actionable insights. This isn’t just about "replying to comments"—it’s about managing our reputation, recovering service opportunities, building trust, and providing real-time intelligence from the front lines. Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day responses across public community, social, and review platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Trustpilot, Better Business Bureau, and more. - Respond to patients, caregivers, and the community with empathy, clarity, and urgency while maintaining Dearest Care’s voice and ensuring regulatory compliance. - Triage sensitive or escalated issues to the appropriate internal teams, including Customer Service, Clinical Operations, Marketing, Product, and leadership. - Track recurring questions, complaints, misunderstandings, and emerging themes, translating them into actionable insights for the company. - Ensure timely responses across channels and prevent public feedback from going unanswered. - Implement proactive community engagement strategies that build trust in Dearest Care and educate patients about advocacy and how to access it. - Clearly differentiate Dearest Care as advocate-led—not a chatbot, call center, marketplace, or generic navigation vendor. - Contribute to the development of templates, escalation playbooks, tone guidelines, and internal documentation to support consistent, scalable responses. - Represent Dearest Care with professionalism, warmth, and discretion in every public interaction. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in community management, customer communications, social media, public relations, internal communications, or a related field. - Proven experience responding to customers in public channels, especially in regulated, high-empathy, or high-trust settings. - Exceptional written communication skills, capable of translating complex healthcare or policy topics into clear, simple, and human language. - Adept at making judgment calls: knowing when to respond, escalate, pause, or further investigate public comments. - Strong empathy for patients, caregivers, older adults, and families navigating complex healthcare systems. - Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Clinical Operations, Marketing, Product, and leadership. - Proactive, high-ownership mentality—you spot issues early and identify patterns before they become problems. - Ability to manage confidential information with care and integrity. - Healthcare experience is strongly preferred; backgrounds in clinical, caregiving, advocacy, Medicare, or care coordination are a plus. - Startup experience is valued, especially in fast-paced, venture-backed, consumer, healthcare, or technology companies. - A sense of humor, sharp internet instincts, and an ability to maintain composure when digital environments are intense. Benefits - This is a unique opportunity to help shape how a new healthcare category communicates with the world. - You'll help build that interface: listening to patients, responding with care, identifying where experiences break down, and collaborating to make the company better every week. - This role is perfect for someone looking to make a meaningful, high-impact contribution at the crossroads of healthcare, community, brand, and operations. - You won’t just manage comments—you’ll build trust in a company that shows up when healthcare is most confusing, stressful, and overwhelming. Fraudulent Recruitment Advisory Dearest Care will never request bank details, payment, or sensitive financial information as part of the recruiting process. We will never make an offer of employment without an interview. All legitimate recruiting communications will come from official Dearest Care channels.
