• Identify, prospect, and reach out to Introducing Brokers (IBs), brokerages, and professional trading teams • Pitch and promote the unique advantages of our DEX platform • Assist traditional finance clients in understanding Web3 trading mechanisms • Promptly address and resolve clients' core concerns during their trading journey • Monitor market trends, policy shifts, and competitor activities within the traditional Forex and DeFi landscape • Conduct regular channel reviews and pipeline reporting to assist the team in hitting phased business targets

• 负责针对CFD、外汇领域的代理商(IB)、经纪人及专业交易团队,制定并执行规模化的拉新与增长策略,通过线上活动、内容营销及自动化营销工具推动渠道裂变。 • 梳理并优化传统金融用户进入Web3 DEX的生命周期,设计标准化、低门槛的入驻SOP与教育物料,通过A/B测试不断提升各链路的转化率与留存率。 • 结合市场动态与竞品分析,搭建并持续优化针对IB与交易团队的代理返佣(Rebate)体系、裂变玩法及激励政策,驱动业务体量呈指数级增长。 • 搭建渠道分层运营体系,通过社群运营、EDM、专属活动等手段,提升核心代理商与高净值客户的活跃度及交易深度,延长用户生命周期(LTV)。 • 建立业务增长数据大屏,实时追踪核心指标(如CAC、ROI、转化率、交易量等),通过数据洞察发现增长瓶颈,为产品迭代和商务策略提供具有建设性的落地方案。

• Lead the design of financial logic and core risk control models for perpetual contracts. • Establish and refine the daily risk monitoring framework. • Coordinate the execution of risk control requirements.

• 推动“安全左移”战略落地,将自动化安全检测(SAST/DAST/SCA)无缝集成至 CI/CD 流水线,并协同研发团队实现安全漏洞的全生命周期闭环管理。 • 主导云端基础设施的安全架构设计与日常运维。统筹管理 WAF、IAM 等核心云安全组件与防护策略,保障云上资产与业务的稳定运行。 • 定期主导针对云环境、Web 应用及业务全链路的渗透测试与风险评估,发掘潜在逻辑缺陷及深层安全漏洞。 • 构建并持续优化云原生环境的安全监控与告警矩阵,高效响应突发安全事件,并开展持续的云安全态势管理(CSPM)。

• Create a growth and user acquisition strategy for targeted communities and markets designed with financial improvement and customer satisfaction in mind. • Retain and grow the client base by establishing long-term relationships with existing and new contacts, to drive improved volume and revenue generation. • Take charge of regional user communities on Discord, Telegram and other platforms as necessary. • Diligently research and proactively reach out to potential partners to onboard them; become their point of contact moving forward and maintain and strengthen client relationships. • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data to identify profitable business opportunities and advise on the new product offerings to meet the customer's needs and expectations. • Coordinate with the marketing and other internal teams about planned initiatives as well as client proposals regarding user activation campaigns.
