Job Description

Product Delivery – Lead

• Lead and direct complex, high‑profile initiatives across all project phases, balancing competing priorities, timelines, and resources while aligning work to the firm’s product roadmap and strategic objectives. • Serve as a primary representative for major firm‑level projects, acting on behalf of the department across Wealth Management, Operations, IT, and other divisions. Contribute expertise and support in complex projects and enhancements to D.A. Davidson's platforms and tools. • Coordinate with the Manager and stakeholders to align priorities with D.A. Davidson’s product roadmap and collect feedback. Communicate product strategy to senior leaders. • Lead release evaluation, planning, and prioritization with the advisory team and manager to resolve issues and achieve firm objectives efficiently. • Prioritize work against enterprise, division, and product strategies. Effectively communicate rationale and impact for prioritization choices. • Partner with business stakeholders to interpret branch and operations needs and translate them into clear application, workflow, and operational requirements. • Gather and analyze requirements through interviews, documentation review, surveys, and workflow analysis to identify true business needs and ensure successful project and form execution. • Ability to communicate and present technical requirements and dependencies, in person, online and over the phone. • Collaborate closely with IT, developers, and external vendors to maintain platform stability, manage incidents and issues to ensure continuity of daily operations, define technical goals, and balance usability with performance. • Act as the primary liaison with external software vendors for requirements definition, issue resolution, and ongoing platform enhancements. • Lead development and maintenance of training resources, procedural documentation, and ongoing training for the internal D.A. Davidson team. • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification is preferred
  • 2-3 years relevant business experience
  • Prior experience or working knowledge of the securities industry
  • Understand fundamentals of iterative development, software development process and procedures
  • Expertise in the principles of Product Management, stakeholder management, market and user research, technology management, and process design
  • Proven success developing business cases, roadmaps, product execution strategies for complex or large-scope products and integrations
  • Strong analytical, product management, and attention to detail
  • Logical problem solver with ability to adapt in a high-impact environment, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 suite with particular emphasis on CoPilot AI
  • Lead with integrity, honesty, and expertise to support D.A. Davidson's culture, values, and mission
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures, maintain client confidentiality, and maintain regular, predictable attendance
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence skills among all organizational levels; strong facilitation and executive communications skills.
