• Analyse von Geschäftsmodellen, Anforderungen und Bestandslandschaften sowie Entwicklung von Zielarchitekturen für Cloud- und Container-Plattformen • Konzeption und Implementierung von CI/CD-Architekturen: Build-Prozesse, automatisierte Tests, Deployments und Pipelines (z. B. GitLab CI) • Gestaltung von ITIL-Prozessen, Integration von CI/CD in ITSM und aktive Mitarbeit im Change Management • Planung und Durchführung von PoCs im Cloud-/Container-Umfeld inkl. Installation, Wartung/Pflege der Umgebungen, Betrieb in Cloud-/DataCenter-Setups und Bewertung der Auswirkungen auf angebundene Systeme • Automatisierung von Tests und Deployments, Einrichtung von Pipelines für automatisierte Builds (z. B. GitLab CI) • Systematischer Umgang mit CVE Findings, Integration von Security-Checks in Pipelines und versionierte Dokumentation von Architekturen und Installationen (z. B. in Git) • Aufbau, Migration und Betrieb cloudbasierter Lösungen wie openDesk, AI-Angebote und weiterer Services – in eigenen Infrastrukturen sowie in Kundenclouds (z. B. AWS, IONOS) • Verantwortung für Lifecycle-Management, Release-Zyklen, Updates, Backups, Skalierung und Change-Management. • Weiterentwicklung der Services: Automatisierung, IT-Sicherheit, Monitoring, Dokumentation sowie Entwicklung von Add-ons und Integrationen zur Erweiterung des Funktionsumfangs. • Aktive Mitarbeit in Upstream-/Open-Source-Projekten durch Rückführung von CI/CD-Verbesserungen, Stabilitäts- und Security-Fixes sowie neuen Features • Betrieb & Pflege der Kubernetes-basierten Plattform inkl. Deployment/Update der Stacks (Helm/GitLab CI, Rollouts/Rollbacks) sowie Überwachung von Pods, Ingress, Storage (PV/PVC), Zertifikaten und Netzrichtlinien • Verwaltung des Lebenszyklus von Benutzern, Gruppen und Rollen, Anbindung von Anwendungen an das zentrale IAM inkl. SSO (SAML/OIDC), Rollenmapping und Provisioning • Betrieb von Open-Xchange/OX Guard (Mail-/Groupware-Dienste, Verschlüsselung, Schlüssel-/Zertifikatsmanagement, Policies, Troubleshooting bei Integrations-/Update-Themen) • Verwaltung von Nextcloud-Instanzen und Betreuung der Integration zwischen OX und Nextcloud inkl. • Take a central role in designing and implementing security-relevant components within Managed Services • Develop and maintain Key Management Systems (KMS) with KMIP interfaces, including client and server logic • Implement KMIP operations such as Create, Register, Get, Locate, Destroy, Encrypt/Decrypt, Sign/Verify • Analyze, parse, and produce KMIP messages (TTLV, and optionally JSON) • Manage different object types such as Symmetric Keys, Public/Private Keys, Certificates, Templates, and Secret Data • Integrate and configure KMIP clients in applications such as databases, storage systems, and application servers • Establish and maintain TLS-secured connections (including mutual TLS and client certificates) between the KMS and KMIP clients
• You develop Java enterprise applications and design domain models as well as clear service-layer and repository structures. • You implement REST APIs, including DTO mapping and message-based communication. • You plan and implement integrations with our managed services. • You develop reactive Java applications and implement event-driven architectures. • You implement microservices in Go and extend Kubernetes environments.
• As a Support Engineer, you are the primary technical point of contact for our customers • You handle support requests in a structured way, prioritize them, and provide solution-oriented responses • You analyze issues in Linux or Linux-like environments • You assist with user management, authentication, and basic networking • You explain technical matters clearly and patiently • You work closely with DevOps and development teams • You document solutions, workarounds, and common error patterns in the ticketing system • You keep your knowledge of our products and platforms up to date
