• Perform outbound sales campaigns • Perform regular meetings with potential customers and existing customer to ensure customer satisfaction and to discover new potential requirements • Do product demonstrations to potential customers with confidence • Qualify prospects through identification of business needs and opportunity for sales • Identify clearly clients’ needs and requirements and apply product knowledge to meet these requirements • Application of product knowledge to drive prospect buy-in • Negotiate contracts and packages that fit the customer’s needs
• Build strong relationships to foster and expand customer trust. • Define and execute sales strategies that drive profitable growth while delivering meaningful customer value. • Maintain timely and detailed pipeline management, keeping the sales pipeline up to date and accurate. • Own the entire sales process from initial engagement with prospects, discovery, product demonstration, solution development, negotiation, and closing. • Share and leverage your talents, and provide information and feedback to improve strategies, solutions, and execution of the sales process. • Synthesize customer feedback for input into product development

• Develop customized solutions and align business processes through the implementation of scrum and agile methodologies. • Confirms program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes. • Coordinate and consult with project teams and end-users to identify application requirements. • Design, develop, implement new software or modifications to existing software. • Troubleshoot and identify bugs in existing software, design and release fixes. • Support in creation and maintenance of documentation of product. • Work closely with QA to ensure quality and punctual software development within his/her responsibility. • Confirms project requirements by reviewing program objectives, input data, and output requirements with analyst, supervisor, and client. • Encodes project requirements by converting workflow information into computer language. • Prepares references for users by writing operating instructions. • Maintains historical records by documenting program development and revisions. • Develops information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions. • Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming. • Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures. • Create a development environment for efficient testing and integration.
• Analyze, design and test automation and integration flows. • Apply agile methodologies and practices. • Coach, support & mentor other developers in the team. • Contribute to innovation initiative of the team and/or organization. • Create simple to intermediate integration processes and flows under supervision. • Ensure data integrity between systems through validation. • Implement defined solutions and strategies based on customer business goals, objectives, needs and existing infrastructure. • Participate in team code reviews and regular SCRUM activities. • Perform basic configuration, bug fixing, maintenance and troubleshooting of integration points as needed.
