• Build the platform foundation, including the MCP Gateway and shared RAG services. • Set technical direction through design documents and ship the components yourself. • Own reliability, observability, and developer ergonomics. • Track the AI tooling ecosystem and feed signal back into the roadmap. • Carry services end-to-end.

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications with a strong focus on user experience. • Work across both frontend and backend, contributing to the end-to-end evolution of products. • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to turn ideas into high-quality solutions. • Ensure code quality and adhere to engineering best practices. • Actively participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s processes, tools, and standards.
