As a Nutritional Support Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients with chronic conditions achieve better health through nutritional education, reinforcement, and compassionate care coordination. Qualifications - Minimum 2+ years of experience in a healthcare role such as care coordination, health coaching, Medical Assistant. - Must hold a nationally recognized medical assistant certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, CMAC, or equivalent state-issued MA-C). - OR Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse license: Must have a multi-state compact license. - Willing to obtain company-paid state-specific license, if needed. - Minimum 2+ years of clinical nutrition counseling or dietary care coordination experience. - 2+ years of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and computer navigation experience. - Demonstrated ability to educate patients and simplify complex nutritional concepts. - HIPAA-compliant home office setup with minimum 50 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload internet capability. - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
