Role Description We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Creative & Brand Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution across all key marketing growth channels, including brand creative, social media, lifecycle/email marketing, affiliate partnerships, campaigns, and in-store events. - Partner with the SVP of E-commerce & Marketing to develop and maintain the annual and quarterly marketing calendar. - Align on monthly campaigns & lead campaign strategy from concept & execution, ensuring brand consistency & performance optimization. - Partner with designers, copywriters, and content creators to produce compelling brand and performance assets. - Own and drive performance across email marketing, affiliate marketing, and social media channels. - Collaborate closely with email marketing agencies to develop growth strategies and optimize campaign and automated flow performance. - Develop and manage affiliate partnerships to drive acquisition and revenue growth. - Oversee social content strategy, ensuring brand voice and visual identity are consistently executed. - Manage and mentor the Assistant Creative Director and contract content creators. - Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and in-store channels. - Own the end-to-end email marketing strategy, promotional campaigns, automated flows, and lifecycle programs. - Develop and scale the affiliate marketing program to drive incremental revenue. Role Description This role involves supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks. - Answers to inquiries for the HR department. - Performs HRIS data entry and personnel file maintenance. - Processes bi-weekly payroll. - Assists employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures. - Maintains confidential personnel files and personnel actions. - Prepares letters and employment documentation. - Assists with onboarding and orientation processes. - Responds to reference checks and verifications of employment status. - Assists with various HR projects. - Assists with benefits administration. - Processes attendance records and other documents (e.g. W-2 and tax forms). - Checks payroll information for accuracy and ensures all relevant paperwork is in order. - Processes all personnel changes in payroll (e.g. terminations, new hires). - Oversees electronic payments and distribution of payroll checks. - Updates data with salary or wage adjustments. - Supports audits and reporting requirements. - Processes other financial compensation or deductions (e.g. annual bonuses, severance pay, taxes, worker’s compensation). - Administers benefit expenses, like insurance fees or paid leave. - Prepares reports to upper management upon request. Qualifications - High School Diploma/GED or equivalent. - Paycor experience preferred. - 6 months experience or entry-level HR background or understanding preferred. - Understanding of all Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). - Expertise with multi-state payroll process. - Proficiency in timekeeping systems.
