• Treinar e orientar clientes para o aproveitamento máximo de nossos softwares; • Executar onboarding eficaz para novos clientes, garantindo uma experiência positiva desde o início; • Prestar suporte técnico e resolver dúvidas; • Desenvolver estratégias proativas e reativas para assegurar a satisfação e o sucesso contínuo dos clientes; • Realizar visitas ocasionais aos clientes para fortalecer relacionamentos e compreender suas necessidades no local; • Criar, implementar e monitorar planos de sucesso detalhados para cada cliente; • Colaborar ativamente em Provas de Conceito (POCs) para explorar novas oportunidades de negócios; • Agir como voz do cliente nas discussões de desenvolvimento de novas funcionalidades e produtos; • Trabalhar em sinergia com os times de Closers e Account Managers para maximizar a eficácia das estratégias de sucesso do cliente.
