• Lead proposals, MSAs, and SOQs from initial kickoff and planning through final submission. • Analyze RFP requirements to create compliance matrix, propose template, team assignments, and production schedules. • Facilitate internal kickoff sessions, strategy discussions, and formal reviews with executive leadership. • Oversee content development, formatting, and graphics to ensure clear alignment with company win themes. • Work with technical staff and project managers to gather, refine, and translate complex data. • Maintain proactive communication across teams to unblock issues quickly and adhere strict deadlines. • Update and optimize the proposal boilerplate, resumes, project profiles, and content asset libraries, utilizing responsive platforms.

• Assists the Project Manager with the daily operations of the assigned engineering team. • Primary resource for Project Managers in organizing, coordinating, and researching project-related information. • Complete proposals for assigned department with internal marketing team. • Maintains understanding of performance and financials related to the assigned project task. • Keeps Project Manager and other members of the project team informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations. • Ensures invoices are correct and paid according to contract terms. • Attends marketing-related meetings with PM team. • Understands entirety of project - Master Services Agreement, project fee arrangements, scope and budget. • Attends project kick-off meetings and other client meetings, as needed. • Establishes goals for each task, aligned with client requirements.

• Engineering all aspects of a typical transmission line project from scoping to project closeout. • Lead own projects and be the main point of contact with all stakeholders. • Coordination with various stakeholders throughout the project life cycle. • Design of Transmission Lines in PLS Cadd. • Production of load sheets and drawings for custom steel poles. • Design of foundations using MFAD. • Completion of material lists for transmission line projects. • Assembling complete Issue for Construction specification books. • Assistance with the development of internal standards. • Quality checks of other engineers' projects. • Mentorship of less experienced transmission line engineers. • Attendance at construction site visits as required. • Direct coordination with clients and stakeholders.

• Develop detailed civil and structural designs, drawings, and models for power generation facilities, including foundations, steel structures, and site infrastructure • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, environmental, and project management) to ensure integrated design solutions • Review and interpret engineering specifications, codes, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry best practices • Perform site assessments and support constructability reviews to optimize design outcomes • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers, drafters, and engineering technicians • Oversee and check design work for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements • Support project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining a high level of quality • Assist with resolving design issues during project development and construction phases • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders as needed • Maintain documentation and ensure proper version control of design deliverables

• Serve as the primary steward of engineering document management and CAD data ecosystem. • Deploy, configure, and maintain Autodesk Vault Professional, including ADMS Console, Vault Server, and client-side deployments. • Design and manage vault structures: folder hierarchies, category schemas, lifecycle state definitions, and custom property mappings. • Configure and enforce user roles, group permissions, and access controls within Vault. • Monitor vault health, perform routine maintenance, and coordinate backup and disaster recovery procedures with IT. • Manage Autodesk software licensing, deployment packages, and version upgrades across the design team. • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user Vault access, connectivity, and data integrity issues. • Develop and maintain automated workflows for drawing release, revision control, approval routing, and transmittal package generation. • Manage the full document lifecycle from creation through archiving, ensuring traceability and auditability of all revisions. • Collaborate with Engineering, IT, and QA/QC leadership to continuously improve document management workflows and system performance.
