Role Description Join us and enjoy a generous Sign-On Bonus — We are offering an exceptional quick joiner bonus of 5 LPA, alongside our general sign on bonus of 2 LPA. - Lead Workday Customized Applications Development: - Oversee the design, development, testing, and implementation of custom Workday applications to meet business requirements. - Define and implement the technical architecture for Workday applications solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration with other systems. - Build strong foundation for Workday applications modelling to create a solid app. - Team Management: - Lead and mentor a team of junior Workday application developers, providing guidance, training, and support. - Business Partnership: - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Problem Solving: - Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to Workday application development and implementation. - Quality Assurance: - Ensure the quality and performance of Workday applications through rigorous testing and code reviews. - Best Practices: - Stay up-to-date with Workday application best practices and industry trends to optimize development efforts. - Documentation: - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Workday applications, including design specifications, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides. - Change Management: - Manage changes to Workday applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - AI and ML: - Explore and implement AI capabilities within Workday applications, such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, and machine learning APIs from Workday AI gateway. - Any other duties which may reasonably be assigned from time to time. Qualifications - Over 5 years of experience in Workday applications implementations. - Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or relevant field of study. - Completed at least 3 end-to-end Workday applications implementation projects or possesses extensive knowledge and experience in modern Workday applications development scripts (PMD Scripting, JSON, Javascript, Web Services, XML, XSLT). Requirements - Strong understanding of model objects, model business processes and other model components experience of creating a solid data modelling. - In-depth knowledge of utilizing WQL, GraphQL and RaaS into Workday applications. - Strong understanding of Workday architecture and customization capabilities. - Extensive knowledge of web service technologies REST, SOAP, JSON, XML and authentication and authorization methods (OAuth, JWT, WS Security, SAML, X 509, etc.). - In-depth knowledge of Workday core modules (HCM, Finance, etc.) and their integration points. - In-depth knowledge of Orchestration for integrations (O4I) and Workday studio with hands-on experience. - Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing solutions on the AWS platform, with a strong understanding of AWS services relevant to Workday integration (Lambda, S3, etc.). - Understanding of AI and ML concepts and Workday AI gateway and their application in Workday applications. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Demonstrated ability to code in some of the following programming languages: Java, .NET, or JavaScript. Work Arrangement Remote

• Engage with customers at all levels to translate technical concepts into actionable, understandable business outcomes. • Lead and guide Workday projects across multiple stages (discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, migration, deployment, hypercare). • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) or lead on discrete project components, providing functional and technical guidance. • Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth. • Drive results in ambiguous environments, ensuring project timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive solutions and smooth project delivery.

• Provide expert guidance in the implementation of Workday HCM solutions • Configure Workday modules and build Workday reports • Clarify requirements from customers and translate them into solutions • Undertake unit testing and ensure configuration meets business needs • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery • Participate in the migration of configuration & data

• Lead the Core HCM Domain for country-based teams • Support country-based teams in delivering Workday Core HCM solutions • Oversee project execution within the country Core HCM team • Manage and mentor team members • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align delivery

• Provide support for AMS customers managing incidents and optimisation mini-projects • Configure Workday Financials systems to meet customer needs • Collaborate effectively with other teams, eg Change, Testing, PMO as required • Identify opportunities for tenant enhancements and recommend improvements • Coordinate testing efforts for the workstream and problem-solve complex issues
