We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-obsessed Team Lead to manage and scale our data operations function. This person will oversee the full-time Data Specialists and build, train, and manage a seasonal contract workforce of Data Specialists during peak periods. This is not just a people management role — it is a systems-building role. The right candidate will be deeply process-driven, passionate about quality, and product-minded in their approach. They will constantly ask: How do we automate this? How do we reduce manual effort? How do we improve quality while increasing speed? You will be responsible for operational excellence today while designing the automated, AI-enabled workflows of tomorrow. What You Will Do - Recruit, onboard, and train seasonal and full time Data Specialists, creating comprehensive training materials and ensuring adherence to accuracy, consistency, and data‑security expectations. - Approach operations as a product: measurable, improvable, and scalable - Design processes that can scale without linear headcount growth - Lead initiatives to drive automation and AI tool adoption to reduce manual tasks and enhance speed and accuracy - Design and implement a scalable QA program including audit processes and feedback loops - Continuously refine performance metrics, accuracy benchmarks and error thresholds as processes evolve - Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions - Maintain documentation and SOPs - Be the operational point person across Clarity for all things related to the data team - Serve as a collaborative partner to the Director of Support, sharing insights, identifying trends, and working together to improve cross‑team processes. - Partner with product and client success to continuously explore improvements to the tooling, process and visibility - Be subject matter expert for the internal Clarity manual verification process and content - Foster a culture of analytical problem‑solving, ownership, and attention to detail within the team. Role Description As the Strategic Technical Consultant for Clarity - Bloomreach’s AI shopping assistant - you will own the technical strategy, implementation approach, and customer experience end-to-end. You will guide customers through trials, onboarding, early adoption, and optimization, ensuring Clarity is deployed correctly, performs reliably, and delivers measurable value quickly. This role requires both execution and strategic thinking. You will play a key role in shaping the implementation approach, contributing to the product roadmap, and proactively identifying and eliminating friction in the customer experience through scalable processes, technical patterns, and structured product feedback. You will work as an independent technical partner to customers and internal teams, shaping how Clarity is implemented globally. Your job will be to: - Lead the end-to-end technical onboarding and implementation of Clarity, including configuration across Bloomreach Discovery and Engagement. - Make front-end updates (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to customize weblayers and optimize how Clarity appears and behaves on customer sites. - Design scalable technical solutions that translate customer requirements into effective Clarity implementations. - Guide customers in setting up analytics tracking, event instrumentation, and A/B testing frameworks to measure performance and optimize results. - Troubleshoot issues across front-end behavior, analytics, data connectivity, Discovery integration, and weblayer execution. - Contribute directly to the product roadmap by identifying friction points, unmet needs, and opportunities for product enhancements. - Define and continuously refine the Clarity implementation playbook, creating repeatable patterns, templates, and best practices. - Validate technical feasibility during discovery and identify early risks, dependencies, and integration gaps. - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and product success teams to align solution design and technical outcomes. - Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing decisions and ensuring smooth implementations. - Serve as an internal subject-matter expert on how Clarity leverages Bloomreach’s Discovery and Engagement capabilities. Qualifications - BS/BTech in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience. - Hands-on experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript. - Experience working with website behavior, personalization tools, search or recommendation systems, analytics instrumentation, or A/B testing. - Background in technical consulting, implementation, solution engineering, or similar roles within SaaS, eCommerce, digital experience, or Martech. - Ability to troubleshoot issues across both data and front-end layers. - Bonus: Experience with search/discovery platforms, personalization tools, tagging/analytics systems, CDPs, or eCommerce platforms. Role Clarity Innovations is seeking a Senior Project Control Analyst to oversee the financial management of programs within the Products Mission Vertical (MV). The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to effectively communicate program financial results to all levels of management in the company. The ability to think pro-actively and make data driven recommendations to optimize program financials and mitigate risk is critical. In this highly collaborative role, the Senior Project Control Analyst will work closely with Products MV leadership, Program Managers, Accounting and Contracts teams. Responsibilities Prepare Estimate At Completion (EAC) for all programs in the portfolio and review with PMs and leadership team on a monthly basis Prepare variance analysis and make recommendations for key financial metrics improvements Support operations monthly Program Management Reviews (PMRs) with financial data and analysis Support Accounting month-end close with program cost accrual analysis and EAC adjustments in accordance with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards Review detailed costs reports to ensure accuracy in recording Review monthly project costs and revenue, monitor actual cost and profit performance against plans/budgets, prepare variance analysis, reports, and present timely to project managers and stakeholders; identify areas for improvement Monitor contract funding, backlog and unbilled balances on a monthly basis, as well as track commitments, develop funding requirements projections and coordinate with contracts for required notifications on limitations and requests for additional funding Review invoices to ensure compliance with contract requirements Project Setup and People Assignments in Unanet in accordance with the contractual, financial compliance, and operational reporting requirements Participate in collaboration meetings to ensure project setup optimizes Unanet capabilities for project revenue, billing, and reporting requirements Support development of cost and price proposals for bids, ROMs and equitable adjustment requests Other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration or equivalent experience in-lieu of degree. 7+ years of experience in Finance or other related field experience required.
