• Lead and manage the team responsible for Circle Medical's consumer marketing strategy across email, SMS/phone-based outreach, web, social, and paid channels. • Develop and execute a comprehensive consumer paid advertising strategy. • Partner with Analytics on building monitoring and tracking mechanisms for continuous campaign refinement to maximize ROI. • Ensure a seamless, consistent, and cohesive patient experience. • Maintain brand voice that is warm, clear, and trustworthy. • Collaborate on the quarterly experimentation roadmap and deployment of various experiments. • Analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights from data.

• Own the roadmap for circlemedical.com and all patient-facing landing pages, with a relentless focus on conversion, trust-building, and organic/AI search performance. • Own conversion rate optimization across the full patient booking funnel, from landing page through completed appointment booking. • Collaborate closely with our clinical, compliance, and marketing teams to launch new areas of care, ensuring each launch is supported by a strong, discoverable web presence, clinically sound content, a conversion-optimized booking path, and go-to-market plan. • Define and own product acquisition metrics: booking conversion rate, new AOC adoption, etc. • Be a trusted thought partner to engineering, maintaining healthy scope, clear prioritization, and a sustainable delivery rhythm through principled tradeoffs and decision-making. • Lead product development across a broad engineering surface: natively build landing pages, our web booking flow, and back-end integrations services – requiring strong cross-functional coordination and technical fluency.

• Own the technical direction of the Circle Medical Android app keeping it stable, secure, and aligned with iOS feature parity. • Implement, test, and maintain patient-facing features with a focus on security, scalability, and performance. • Collaborate with design, product, and clinical teams to create delightful, intuitive user experiences. • Collaborate with iOS and Fullstack engineer(s) to develop features across multiple platforms (ie, web, ios, android). • Maintain and improve the CI/CD release pipeline to ensure reliable, high-quality weekly releases. • Write secure, HIPAA-compliant software that patients and clinicians can trust. • Contribute to engineering culture, hiring, and best practices.

Role Description Seeking Telemedicine Psych Certified Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care. Circle Medical is an adult-only primary care practice committed to the empanelment of primary care providers resulting in high quality, continuity of care for our patients through a telemedicine-first approach. We are an evidence-based practice that leverages our proprietary, HIPAA-compliant EHR that ensures a delightful and safe experience for patients and providers via two-way, video-audio appointments. - Pay is a fee-for-service model. - Fully empaneled PCPs earn an average of $66/hr or $99/hr, respectively, with appointments lasting from 15 to 30 mins. - NP's compensation is $33 per encounter and a robust incentive program. - Applicants must reside in the United States of America. - We deliver a true Primary Care Experience rooted in provider empanelment and continuity of care. - We are a 7-day-a-week operation offering PCPs the freedom to set their own reoccurring schedules within any combination of days, including evenings and weekends. - PCPs are supported by a strong team of patient care advocates and a licensed medical team who work with you to ensure our patients get the care and follow-up they need. - We require a high degree of technical skill utilizing software and an open mind to fast-paced improvements driven by our product and engineering teams. - We are in network with most PPO insurance plans and help our patients understand their coverage so that providers can focus on what is most important.
