Job Requirements

  • Experience in business transformation, operational excellence, process improvement, programme delivery, consulting, AI transformation, SaaS operations or a similar field.
  • Strong ability to understand, map and improve business workflows or operating practices.
  • Experience turning ambiguous business problems into clear opportunities, plans and outcomes.
  • Comfort working across business, technology, data, automation, legal, risk or compliance stakeholders.
  • Practical understanding of AI tools, automation, workflow tooling or digital transformation.
  • Good delivery discipline without unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Commercial judgement and a clear link between workflow change and business value.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, digital platforms, consulting or high-growth global businesses is strongly preferred.
