• Lead multiple, external client implementations, ensuring project deliverables included in the engagement contract are completed timely with client satisfaction • Serve as primary contact and escalation point for clients and implementation team members for respective implementations. • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, banks, and business partners. • Achieve revenue targets by accurately forecasting project go-live dates, meeting forecasted completion dates, and escalating as needed to ensure projects remain on track • Proactively set and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders regarding project scope, deliverables, timelines, status reporting, and issues & risks • Establish, socialize, manage, and maintain the project plan with internal and external stakeholders • Collaborate with Data Operations and Implementation Consulting teams to ensure quality deliverables are completed timely • Create, update, and communicate Project Schedules including dates, status, and changes • Accountable for issue and risk identification and facilitation of appropriate resources necessary to resolve issues timely with go to green plans set as needed to keep projects on track • Provide weekly status reporting to clients, management team, and internal staff • Plans and leads internal and external project calls. • Identifies, documents, and follows up on action items, tasks, and decisions. • Facilitate smooth transitions between teams to provide a holistic client experience • Remain knowledgeable of changes to CINC solutions and the industry • Maintain a high level of commitment to superior client satisfaction throughout the entire duration of the client relationship • Other responsibilities as needed

• Analyze, Format and Import Data: Dive into existing customer systems, pull integrated data sets, review data, reformat, provide findings and insights to the client, and import data into the client’s CINC database. • Support and improve ETL processes: Work with our reliable processes to extract, transform, and load data, document and QA the results, learn our existing documented processes and help us build our future ETL processes. • Reporting, Data Cleansing, and Analysis: Support ad-hoc reporting, data scrubbing, and customer-facing data analysis and clean-up, ensuring data is up to date and clear of outdated information. • Develop and Maintain Scripts and Tools: Write, execute, and maintain SQL-based tooling, Python scripts, VBA/Excel macros, and AI-assisted automations • Partner with Project Managers: Work closely with the Project Management team to maximize the efficiency of the implementation process, including managing the inventory of client deliverables such as data sources, reports, task requirements and prioritization.

• Reproducing the customer issue to determine root cause and appropriate corrective action • Resolving customer issues that do not require development team intervention • Documenting and forwarding customer requests for modification or enhancement to the appropriate team and providing feedback to the customer on such requests • Providing thorough, accurate, and professional responses to customers, including step-by-step instructions for using any component of the system, via email or phone • Building rapport with customers so that CINC is known for providing outstanding service and support • Creating user documentation to handle frequently asked questions • Training customers or other staff to increase the skills of the end users to reduce repeat cases • Assisting the training and implementation teams, as needed

• Lead the design, evolution, and adoption of our internal platform ecosystem • Define platform architecture, establish engineering standards, and enable product teams through a world-class Internal Developer Platform (IDP) • Improve developer experience, system reliability, security posture, and cloud networking foundations • Drive innovation in cloud-native and AI-enabled engineering practices • Architect and govern AWS network topology, including multi-account and multi-region designs • Build and enhance self-service capabilities, reusable templates, and automation tooling • Architect and manage AWS environments (EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, VPC, etc.) • Establish observability standards including logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting

• Lead the DesignOps and UI Systems organization responsible for the design system, component libraries, accessibility, performance, and documentation. • Build and evolve a unified Design System and pattern library that ensures consistency and efficiency across multiple product lines and front-end frameworks. • Define and manage the end-to-end design-to-development workflow, integrating tools such as Figma, Storybook, and automated design token pipelines. • Partner with Platform Engineering and Product Line Engineering teams to ensure design systems are delivered as stable, versioned, and consumable components. • Champion and integrate Applied AI and Generative UI design patterns, enabling intelligent and adaptive user experiences across the product ecosystem. • Establish scalable design review processes, accessibility standards (WCAG), and UI performance budgets. • Collaborate with AI and Product teams to design AI-assisted workflows, copilots, and contextual recommendations that enhance user productivity and trust. • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of design technologists, component engineers, and UX system designers. • Partner with Product and Architecture to align user experience strategy with platform modernization, modularization, and API-first principles. • Define clear design governance and metrics for adoption, consistency, and satisfaction across internal and external users. • Manage stakeholder relationships across engineering, marketing, and executive teams, balancing creativity, speed, and business priorities. • Build a culture of craftsmanship, feedback, and continuous improvement, integrating user insights and delivery data into system evolution.

• Lead the technical direction of a data engineering team in partnership with product and platform leaders • Design and build scalable, event driven data pipelines and platform services • Architect data models and infrastructure that support analytics, operational systems, and AI applications • Work closely with AI engineers and application teams to ensure data is structured for intelligent applications • Mentor engineers and raise the overall standard for data engineering craftsmanship • Contribute to architectural patterns and engineering practices across the organization

• Own renewal readiness for assigned accounts, including risk mitigation and value realization • Lead value-based renewal conversations in partnership with Sales when applicable • Provide proactive consulting and understand the customer's business needs • Identify customer risk signals (usage decline, support trends, NPS, stakeholder changes) and lead structured retention and recovery plans • Minimize costs by reviewing support cases for trends and developing action plans to address customer needs • Reduce churn by maintaining high customer satisfaction scores and handling escalations effectively • Develop and maintain customer success plans that define desired outcomes, usage goals, and measurable value milestones aligned to renewal success • Drive measurable and sustained product adoption by monitoring usage trends and identifying gaps • Partner closely with Product, Support, Sales, and Customer Growth teams to drive customer outcomes

• Lead security reviews for web applications, APIs, microservices, AWS workloads, internal platforms and AI-enabled products. • Perform advanced application security testing using SAST, DAST, SCA, manual code review, API testing and business logic testing. • Identify vulnerabilities across authentication, authorization, session management, access control, injection, SSRF, deserialization, insecure file handling, data exposure and insecure API design. • Conduct threat modeling for new products, critical features, AWS architectures, AI workflows, identity systems and high-risk data flows. • Build and improve secure SDLC processes, including security requirements, code scanning, dependency review, CI/CD security gates and release risk assessments. • Review infrastructure-as-code templates such as Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK, Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests for security misconfigurations. • Assess AWS environments for IAM weaknesses, exposed services, insecure networking, public S3 buckets, secrets leakage, logging gaps, encryption issues, workload risks and privilege escalation paths. • Review AWS IAM policies, roles, trust relationships, permission boundaries, service control policies, identity federation and cross-account access patterns. • Assess AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, EKS, RDS, API Gateway, CloudFront, WAF, KMS, Secrets Manager, Systems Manager, ECR, VPC, Route 53 and IAM Identity Center. • Conduct red team exercises, adversary simulations, attack path analysis and controlled exploitation to validate real-world risk. • Develop proof-of-concept exploits, custom scripts and automation to reproduce vulnerabilities and demonstrate business impact. • Evaluate containerized and Kubernetes environments, including EKS, for workload isolation, RBAC issues, exposed services, image risks, secrets handling and runtime security gaps. • Assess CI/CD pipelines for insecure workflows, overprivileged tokens, secrets exposure, supply chain risks, artifact integrity and deployment abuse paths. • Perform software composition analysis to identify vulnerable dependencies, license risks, malicious packages, transitive dependency exposure and supply chain weaknesses. • Use SIEM and security telemetry to support investigations, validate attack paths, improve detections and measure control effectiveness. • Build detection logic, threat hunting queries, dashboards and alerting workflows using SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Elastic, Chronicle or AWS-native telemetry. • Use AWS security services such as GuardDuty, Security Hub, CloudTrail, AWS Config, Inspector, Detective, Macie, IAM Access Analyzer, Security Lake and CloudWatch to improve visibility and detection coverage. • Automate security workflows using Python, Bash, PowerShell, Go or similar scripting languages. • Develop threat automation for vulnerability enrichment, alert triage, AWS posture checks, attack simulation, evidence collection and remediation tracking. • Partner with DevOps and platform teams to improve secrets management, identity controls, network segmentation, logging, monitoring and secure deployment patterns. • Assess AI and LLM-based systems for risks such as prompt injection, indirect prompt injection, data leakage, insecure tool use, excessive agency, jailbreaks, model abuse, retrieval poisoning and unsafe agent behavior. • Review AI workloads using AWS services such as Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, KMS and IAM for secure design, data protection and access control. • Produce clear technical reports with evidence, exploitability, impact, likelihood, risk rating and actionable remediation guidance. • Mentor engineers and security team members on secure coding, AWS security, offensive testing, threat modeling and AI security risks.

• Design, build, and maintain high-quality web applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and frameworks such as React, Next.js, or NestJS • Contribute to the evolution of CINC’s architecture from monolith to modular microservices, applying sound system design principles and domain-driven thinking • Develop and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs with strong understanding of service boundaries, contract design, and versioning • Implement event-driven and message-based integrations to improve scalability, resilience, and decoupling • Apply modern engineering practices including automated testing, CI/CD, and continuous delivery principles • Collaborate with design and product partners to translate complex requirements into simple, usable features • Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and iterative delivery following Extreme Programming (XP) values • Contribute to AI-enabled workflows by integrating APIs or shared AI services into user-facing features where appropriate • Mentor and guide engineers on best practices in system design, testing, and clean code • Engage in technical discussions around architecture, reliability, and performance to ensure quality and scalability across systems
