• Run data migrations from customer legacy systems (e.g. IBM DOORS, Polarion, internal databases) into Certivity, including schema mapping, validation, and post-migration reconciliation. • Build and maintain API connectors between Certivity and customer services. • Work directly (usually remotely) with customer IT, engineering, and regulatory teams to scope, plan, and execute integrations. • Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) as part of your daily workflow to move efficiently across our Python and Java codebases. • Own each customer technical integration end-to-end, from kickoff to handover.

• Qualify, manage, and close new B2B customers while owning your sales pipeline. • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and guide them through the evaluation process. • Run product demos, Proof of Value, and business case creation to demonstrate ROI. • Negotiate contracts and coordinate handovers with Solution Engineers for smooth onboarding. • Continuously refine sales strategies and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and results. • Work closely with marketing and leadership to optimize GTM processes and shape scalable sales operations.
Senior Account Executive

• Own, manage, and close enterprise deals from discovery through negotiation and signature. • Build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders in automotive and manufacturing. • Conduct discovery sessions, identify business pain points, and position our value proposition effectively. • Lead product demonstrations, coordinate Proof of Value (PoV) programs, and develop ROI-based business cases. • Collaborate with Solution Engineers to ensure smooth technical alignment and handover. • Use AI sales tools and data-driven insights to optimize outreach, forecasting, and pipeline performance. • Contribute to GTM strategy refinement, helping shape our sales playbook for enterprise growth.
