• Qualify, manage, and close new B2B customers while owning your sales pipeline. • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and guide them through the evaluation process. • Run product demos, Proof of Value, and business case creation to demonstrate ROI. • Negotiate contracts and coordinate handovers with Solution Engineers for smooth onboarding. • Continuously refine sales strategies and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and results. • Work closely with marketing and leadership to optimize GTM processes and shape scalable sales operations.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a technical, industrial, or regulated environment.
- Proven ability to advise and guide clients through complex evaluation processes, building trust through expertise and clarity.
- Hands-on mindset: You are working in a solution-oriented way, staying pragmatic, and focussing on measurable results.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Monday) and confidence working with sales KPIs.
- Intricate knowledge of topics like technical compliance or requirements engineering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1) and English (C1) are a must.

Role Description Responsible for the strategic and commercial management of a portfolio of partner relationships. The SAE will have direct oversight over their own book of Strategic accounts and a group of Account Managers under their purview that will maintain relationships with clients that feed into an aggregated book of business. SAE will be able to rely on experience and judgment to manage a team of account managers toward the success goals of client retention and growth. As a key member of the Client Relations team, assists with all aspects of account management. The SAE will work across all departments and in collaboration with their team of Account Managers to advocate on behalf of their clients and partners. The SAE will need to meet consistently with assigned Account Managers to understand challenges and plan for success. The SAE will need to be able to assist with both new sales opportunities, especially when related to existing partner relationships, as well as provide support to Account Managers in their efforts to retain and sell to existing clients.
