Role Description The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is looking for Remote First Shift Contact Center Representatives to join our dynamic inbound contact center ministry team. We are seeking full and part-time dedicated customer service professionals who also love to pray and are passionate about the mission of CBN. This work-from-home position will communicate and connect with established and prospective CBN partners through ministering prayer using accepted biblical doctrine, sharing information about CBN and its affiliated ministries, and encouraging financial support. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to CBN’s Biblical mission to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide. - Contact Center Hours of Operation: 6:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. EST (5:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. CST) - Full-time positions work 40 hours per week with full benefits offered. - Part-time positions work 20-25 hours per week with benefits for vacation leave, sick leave, and 401(k) participation. - Openings for English and Bilingual (English/Spanish) positions. - English language Representatives are paid $15.00 per hour. Qualifications - 1+ years of experience as a contact center agent or similar customer service-related work. - Excellent ability to effectively interact with callers and consistently perform contact center processes. - Knowledge of the Bible and ability to pray concise, Scripture-based prayers. - Strong listening skills with ability to verbally empathize with others. - Fluent English language skills with ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, including proper use of sentence structure, grammar, and spelling. - Strong reading comprehension skills with excellent ability to sound genuine and authentic while reading from a script. - Ability to maintain a distraction-free home office environment. - Ability to maintain consistent access to a high-speed cable or fiber internet router. - Strong computer skills including use of Windows-based operating system, web browser, meeting tools, email programs with ability to navigate multiple applications and learn new software. - Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment, and adapt quickly to change. - Coachable with ability to accept feedback, apply guidance, and improve performance. - Excellent ability to maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information per department protocols. - Strong ability to maintain consistent punctuality and attendance. - Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to establish professional rapport with all levels of management, staff and outside public. - Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as be an effective member of a team. - Flexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet performance metrics. - Good manual dexterity with ability to sit for extended periods of time at a computer workstation. - Ability to work weekends and holidays are required. - Demonstrate life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with CBN’s non-profit Christian mission. • Lead a comprehensive planned giving program that advances long-term financial support for CBN and its ministries • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of donor engagement, gift planning strategies, and estate administration • Ensure a donor-centric approach that aligns charitable giving with individuals’ philanthropic and legacy goals • Facilitate ministry activities and contribute to CBN’s Biblical mission to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide

• Provide accurate scheduling for the CBN contact center workforce that meets service requirements and performance goals • Create and update daily and weekly net staffing requirements • Publish schedules that optimize staffing • Explore creative opportunities to improve scheduling • Collaborate with the WFM team to suggest and implement changes to WFM tools, software, and policies to ensure optimal efficiency in all processes and procedures • Facilitate ministry activities and contribute to CBN’s Biblical mission to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide

• Serve as a strategic liaison between Business Operations, Cybersecurity, and Information Technology • Elicit and document business needs; translate those needs into clear, actionable functional and non-functional requirements • Support solution design to ensure alignment with organizational goals, security standards, and compliance obligations • Facilitate ministry activities and contribute to CBN’s Biblical mission to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide

• Analyze all contact and staffing data in order to forecast contact volumes and required staffing based on workload • Produce staffing plans that track historical data to determine trends • Work closely with the WFM Scheduling Analyst and WFM Manager to improve and implement any approved changes to processes and procedures • Serve in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to CBN’s Biblical mission

• Responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and efficiency of application environments • Focus on system reliability, automation, and seamless deployment pipelines • Monitor system health and troubleshoot production issues • Support CI/CD pipelines • Collaborate with teams across IT, Development, and Operations to enhance system performance • Facilitate the transition to cloud-based infrastructure and modern DevOps practices

• execute, measure, and report on CBN’s apps and website channels • work closely with various cross-functional teams involved with product improvement, user optimization, marketing strategy, and more.

• responsible for the design, reliability, and ongoing improvement of the organization’s core technology infrastructure • plays a key role in ensuring the availability, recoverability, and operational stability of critical systems spanning on‑premises platforms and integrated cloud services • serves as a senior technical resource and escalation point, working closely with operations and technology teams to ensure infrastructure services remain resilient, well-documented, and aligned with organizational needs
