• Develop your client portfolio (prospecting, networking, referrals…) • Identify recruitment needs with companies (Industry / Construction) • Write and publish job advertisements • Source, screen and select the best candidates • Support candidates throughout the process • Advise clients on their recruitment strategies • Maintain regular follow-up and foster long-term partnerships

• Perform monthly accounting reviews of client files • Produce financial statements and corporate tax packages (liasses fiscales) • Verify and validate data from automated tools • Reconcile accounts and make necessary adjustments • Handle client technical queries (Level 2/3) • Maintain targeted and effective client communication (video/phone approximately two half-days per week) • Collaborate with the support team that handles operational tasks • Manage a portfolio of up to approximately 100 straightforward client files

• Design and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines (PySpark, ETL) • Optimize data architecture on AWS (S3, Glue, EMR, Lambda, Redshift) • Model and optimize NoSQL databases (MongoDB) • Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform • Contribute to deployment automation (CI/CD) • Ensure data quality and governance • Work closely with Product and Business teams • Document data flows and promote data best practices

• Take responsibility for developing the North-East area, with Strasbourg as a strategic priority • Prospect and sign local partners (bars, restaurants, shops, gyms, etc.) • Build and manage a network of partner venues • Recruit, supervise and motivate a team of student ambassadors • Develop relationships with student unions (BDE) and campuses • Implement local marketing activities (events, activations, city-specific social media) • Organize partner meetings and student events • Monitor the city’s performance indicators

• Manage end-to-end mandates: client prospecting, client briefing, sourcing, screening/qualification, presenting shortlists and supporting candidates through onboarding. • Target and place legal profiles: General Counsels, Legal Directors/Heads of Legal, corporate lawyers (commercial law), employment law specialists, contract law experts, real estate law specialists, compliance/GDPR lawyers, litigation lawyers, and law firm professionals. • Develop your client pipeline • Collaborate with the collective: lead sharing, possible co-delivery, and sharing best practices.
