Automation Analyst, Junior

Boop

• Create and maintain automations in GoHighLevel (workflows, triggers, pipelines, notifications, integrations) • Automate processes including: lead capture and qualification, customer support and follow-up, pipeline and CRM organization, tool integrations • Support continuous improvement of existing flows • Document automations and processes when necessary • Work closely with traffic, sales (commercial) and operations teams

Job Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with automations
  • Experience using GoHighLevel (basic to intermediate level is sufficient)
  • Logical reasoning and a process-oriented mindset
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to test, validate and adjust automations
  • Additional assets (very important):
  • Experience with other automation tools, such as:
  • Make
  • Zapier
  • n8n
  • Experience with integrations via webhooks
  • Experience with CRM, sales funnels and commercial/sales processes
  • Proactive profile that proposes improvements and solutions
