• Ensure that configuration of HR system settings, workflows, integrations and options meet functional business objectives • Review current HR system functionality for possible improvements, troubleshoot issues, test new features, perform application upgrades • Apply continuous process improvement practices, proactively research and keep current on system functionality and features that could meet business requirements • Propose enhancements and present business cases to gain support for change • Implement processes and audit procedures to enable ongoing data audits and oversee quality checks to maintain data integrity and consistency across HR systems • Develop efficient standard operating procedures for regularly occurring processes, maintain materials to enable end users and ensure processes align with compliance requirements • Partner with internal departments on systems integrations and serve as HR liaison to support integration initiatives • In partnership with HR CoEs, optimize HR processes and build scalable, automated workflows leveraging HR technology and tools • Administer and maintain security and permissions for HR systems, vet and process requests in accordance with compliance requirements • Assist systems users and provide ongoing support and service to end users • Manage reporting dashboards and perform ongoing assessments of reporting requirements to build scalable reporting solutions which support ongoing analysis and influence decision-making • Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests as needed • Design processes that will enable self-service and automate repeat requests • Support HR Operations projects and initiatives, as required • Proactively conducts system testing including user acceptance testing (UAT) for new HR system releases, features and functionality • Lead and support HRIS projects, including new module implementations, system upgrades and process redesigns.

• Support annual data collection efforts of internally-collected and publicly available sources, and prepare summary reports for internal and external audiences • Conduct analyses to explore relationships between student outcomes and various implementation, survey, or contextual factors; contribute to dashboards and other public-facing data products • Perform data analyses and reporting as needed to support team and organizational priorities • Create clear, compelling data visualizations including dashboards, charts, and summaries and communicate findings to diverse audiences • Help ensure secure data storage, backups, and responsible data management practices • Document, refine, and improve data processes, protocols, and analysis workflows to support quality and consistency • Provide technical support and assistance for Opportunity Culture consultants and clients using the web application • Produce creative and innovative implementations that meet internal and external stakeholder goals and requirements • Assist with internal and external development strategy efforts • Support team members and external users in troubleshooting and resolving common issues • Support with testing of web platform features to ensure high-quality functionality and refine user experience • Collaborate with teammates to integrate internal and external tools to promote team-wide efficiency and enable future research efforts on Opportunity Culture initiative effectiveness • Share knowledge and train other technical and non-technical team members to increase impact and scope with efficiency over time

• Review hospital claims data to identify potential Blue Cross Blue Shield routing opportunities. • Validate eligibility of claims for routing based on payer rules, plan prefixes, member plan location, and service location. • Assess claim attributes including payer identification, member coverage information, place of service, and billing details to determine routing viability. • Evaluate potential financial impact and prioritize opportunities based on likelihood of success and reimbursement value. • Ensure routing activities comply with internal processes and client engagement requirements.

• Execute broad range of noise analysis and documentation efforts for projects in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. • Assess impacts to noise sensitive land uses on both transportation and/or point source noise projects. • Project and contract management to deliver task orders assigned as well assist in the maintenance and growth of our clients. • Serve a trusted point of contact for client coordination and interactions. • Support business development efforts, including proposal strategy and marketing coordination, as needed. • Support early career Air & Noise staff, serving as a trusted leader and mentor.
