Serves as a Cloud Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for Certification and Accreditation (C&A) activities and the implementation of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF). Provides technical leadership in securing cloud environments, managing cybersecurity risks, implementing security best practices, and supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) operations in accordance with applicable DoD cybersecurity standards and guidance. Key Responsibilities - Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Certification and Accreditation (C&A) activities and NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation. - Applies NIST Special Publications (SP) 800-53 and 800-37 to support cloud security and authorization activities. - Maintains current cloud computing security certification. - Identifies, manages, and mitigates cloud computing security risks. - Implements cybersecurity best practices across cloud deployment and service models. - Collaborates with the DLA LEGACY AMPS Program Management Office (PMO) to support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) hosting environments. A senior level application administrator carries out all the SAP related tasks noted at the basic level in addition to more complex tasks requiring additional experience. Senior Administrators play a key role on the project team taking on responsibilities to include: - Serving as the technical point of contact for large scale and scope projects. - Running small projects. - Managing and reviewing work of basic level application administrators. - Driving analysis and process finalization. - Resolving process and technical issues.
