Role Description BMA is seeking an Information Technology Subject Matter Expert (OIG) to join our team. This is a fully remote role. Serves as a technical expert responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Identity Governance solutions that support enterprise security, business continuity, and operational efficiency. Provides technical leadership in identity governance architecture, risk assessment, automation, systems integration, and application development while supporting complex, multi-platform enterprise environments. Clearance Requirements - Must possess an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive designation or Tier 3 (T3) background investigation at the time of proposal submission. Qualifications - At least ten (10) years of expert systems engineering experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) and/or Oracle Identity Governance (OIG). - Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or federal Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) Platform 12c or higher environments. - Experience supporting web-based applications hosted in a DoD Impact Level 5 (IL5) Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment. - Knowledge of Oracle Middleware products, networking, Linux and Windows operating systems, and Java programming. - Must possess an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive designation or Tier 3 (T3) background investigation at the time of proposal submission. Provides technical leadership in securing cloud environments, managing cybersecurity risks, implementing security best practices, and supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) operations in accordance with applicable DoD cybersecurity standards and guidance.
