• Own and improve on-call processes, incident response playbooks, and post-mortem culture • Define, track, and manage SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets for critical services • Lead blameless post-mortems and drive systematic reliability improvements • Respond to production incidents and coordinate cross-functional resolution • Design, build, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure using IaC (Terraform, Pulumi) • Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads in production • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed and reliability • Evaluate and implement tooling to enhance developer productivity and system stability • Implement monitoring, alerting, and distributed tracing (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Jaeger) • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across services, networks, and databases • Build dashboards and runbooks for self-service operational insights • Partner with engineering teams to embed reliability practices (load testing, capacity planning, chaos engineering) • Conduct architecture reviews with a focus on reliability and operability
• Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and market signals to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for billing innovation. • Develop a deep understanding of customer personas and workflows, ensuring billing features address real business problems. • Partner with Product leadership to define, prioritize, and maintain the billing roadmap, translating insights into actionable initiatives with clear success metrics. • Collaborate with UX and Engineering to make complex financial workflows intuitive while ensuring the billing engine remains scalable and high-performing. • Write clear, outcome-focused product requirements and work with engineering to deliver functionality that increases the value customers gain from the platform. • Serve as Product Owner for an engineering squad, maintaining a steady flow of well-defined stories for each sprint. • Partner with QA and Engineering to ensure complex billing logic, particularly credits and adjustments, is fully accurate and aligned with business rules. • Oversee product readiness and go-to-market execution, including documentation, field enablement, and marketing coordination for successful launches. • Validate and demonstrate new functionality, ensuring releases meet product intent and customer expectations. • Represent BillingPlatform’s billing capabilities in executive demos, customer briefings, and strategic engagements. • Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence related to billing functionality.
• Own the end-to-end design for product features, creating user journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity screen comps. • Work rapidly within our established Figma design system to produce clean, organized, and “pixel-perfect” designs. • Partner with Product Managers to actively participate in user research sessions and usability testing. • Partner closely with Engineering to ensure technical feasibility and provide all necessary assets and specifications for an accurate build. • Use and contribute to our Figma component library, ensuring all new work maintains visual and functional alignment with the broader platform.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of billing platform implementations from post-sales handover through go-live and early stabilization • Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery, coordinating closely with customer stakeholders and internal teams throughout the implementation lifecycle • Plan and manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, ensuring agreed scope, timelines, and delivery outcomes are met • Lead project kickoffs, define delivery plans, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders • Coordinate cross-functional teams such as solution consultants, product specialists, and customer success to ensure smooth execution • Provide day-to-day guidance and delivery oversight to a small implementation team • Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and issues early, and drive mitigation plans or escalate when necessary • Manage change requests and delivery expectations in line with contractual commitments and project objectives • Build strong working relationships with customer stakeholders, including senior sponsors, to ensure alignment and confidence throughout the engagement • Support release readiness, go-live planning, and transition to customer success or support teams • Track delivery effort and progress to ensure projects remain predictable and well-managed • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, templates, and best practices based on implementation learnings • Collaborate with other departments like Customer Success, Sales, and Pre-Sales teams as needed to support implementation scoping and smooth customer handovers
• Own the operational framework for project delivery, resource management including sub-contracting staffing/resourcing and portfolio oversight • Develop and refine standard delivery methodologies, playbooks, templates, KPIs, and reporting dashboards • Establish quality assurance processes across scoping, delivery, risk management, and customer satisfaction • Support monthly invoicing and sub-contractor agreement management • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and margin • Lead workforce planning, forecasting, and utilization management across global delivery teams • Oversee resource assignment processes and collaborate with PMO on project staffing • Identify skill gaps and influence hiring plans, onboarding programs, and training strategies • Own Professional Services tooling roadmap (PSA system, time tracking, forecasting, dashboards, project health metrics) • Automate reporting and ensure data integrity across systems • Partner with Finance on revenue recognition, backlog forecasting, and operational controls • Collaborate with Sales on scoping standards, proposal quality, packaging, and pricing guidance • Partner with Product & Engineering to feed delivery insights into roadmap prioritization • Support customer escalations by providing operational oversight and risk remediation strategies • Drive initiatives that improve services margin, delivery predictability, and customer adoption • Lead operational readiness for new offerings, markets, and delivery models • Report business performance metrics to senior leadership
• Develop clean, efficient, and well-tested code in a high-scale, production environment • Own and deliver end-to-end features within a microservices architecture • Execute performance, load, and scalability analysis to ensure system reliability at scale • Actively participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices • Drive high-quality standards through thoughtful code reviews and constructive feedback • Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure system stability for global customers • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions • Mentor and support other engineers, promoting strong engineering culture and best practices • Contribute to hiring efforts, including interviewing and evaluating technical talent • Leverage modern development tools, including AI-assisted tools, to improve productivity and development efficiency
