How Your Role Makes a Difference - Lead and execute a comprehensive creative strategy that integrates content, design, and storytelling in alignment with Bethany’s mission, values, and organizational priorities; - Define and maintain brand standards for voice, tone, visual identity, and storytelling across all channels and audiences; - Oversee concepting, development, and execution of campaigns, fundraising initiatives, media efforts, and internal communications to ensure consistency and effectiveness; - Lead, develop, and manage a unified team of designers, writers, and creative specialists, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance oversight; - Establish clear creative direction and priorities across projects, ensuring effective workload management and timely delivery of high-quality outputs; - Serve as the primary leader within Communications for creative direction, brand expression, messaging frameworks, and storytelling standards; - Partner with Marketing and other stakeholders to translate campaign objectives, audience insights, and performance goals into compelling creative concepts and deliverables; - Ensure all creative assets are tailored appropriately for various channels including digital, social media, web, print, video, and paid media; - Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across regions, programs, and communication platforms; - Utilize data and performance metrics to inform creative strategy, refine messaging, and improve engagement and conversion outcomes; - Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align creative priorities with organizational goals and strategic initiatives; - Oversee creative processes, workflows, and project timelines to ensure efficiency, clarity, and effective execution; - Cultivate strong partnerships with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to support creative innovation and execution; - Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content, design, and storytelling; - Essential job responsibilities may vary based on the specific needs of each program/department; - May be required or asked to participate in a Bethany sponsored event; - Complete other duties as assigned. What Will Make You Successful - Bachelor’s level degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field of study from an accredited college; master’s degree preferred; - At least five (5) years of experience in creative direction, content strategy, branding, or digital marketing roles; - At least three (3) years of experience managing and leading creative or content teams; - Demonstrated experience leading integrated content and design strategies across multiple channels including digital, print, social media, and video; - Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, audience segmentation, and digital engagement best practices; - Proven ability to translate organizational objectives and data insights into effective creative strategies and outputs; - Demonstrated success working in cross-functional teams within a collaborative, matrixed environment; - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; - Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and consistency; - Exercise a high level of confidentiality and integrity; - Computer skills sufficient to perform essential functions including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; - Must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license with at least 3 years driving experience in the U.S. to operate a vehicle on behalf of Bethany; - Must pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and maintain a reliable vehicle with proof of adequate coverage; - Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries; - Subscription to and integration of the agency Statement of Faith, Mission Statement, and Commitment to Unity. As a PRS Lead Case Manager, you’ll walk alongside unaccompanied children as they seek family reunification, older youth preparing for adulthood in a new country, and foster families who give these children a home away from home How Your Role Makes a Difference - Maintain a caseload in compliance with contract terms and agency expectations as defined by the program supervisor; - Facilitate the reunification process by conducting culturally sensitive home studies, assessments, referrals, and case management services; - Complete and document all required reports, case notes, and case contacts in the appropriate database in accordance with the expected timeframes and requirements; - Provide psychoeducational information, referrals, outreach, advocacy, and support to children and families when needed; - Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate Post Release Services (PRS) and comprehensive case management services, as needed; - Assist with hiring, training, and supervising of some program staff (case managers, case support workers, and/or case aides); - Ensure staff are equipped and trained in all ORR requirements for reuniting UC with their sponsors; - Provide training to local staff who are responsible for all case management or support services for clients’ educational, clinical, medical, and legal needs; - Ensure all case recording expectations satisfy state and agency requirements; - Assist in onboarding new case managers and case support workers across offices, to include training and shadowing when needed; - Review reports to provide feedback and corrections within the defined deadline timeframe, while ensuring that all reports are submitted to the contractor through the data portal in compliance with contractor and agency quality and time requirements; - Conduct individual weekly supervision with staff to ensure staff are aware of their job responsibilities and provide staff with ongoing feedback and support; - Provide coverage for PRS case managers and case support workers when needed; - Create and implement new training for case management and case support teams as needed; - Maintain, enhance, and develop collaborative relationships with referral sources, state and federal agencies, volunteer community agencies, and employers and individuals; - Assist in the development, update, and maintenance of the program operating manuals; - Review client files and partner with the leadership team in assessing fidelity to policy implementation, and all federal, state, and agency policies are always adhered to; - Participate in peer-to-peer support opportunities within the branches for growth and sharing of innovation and case consultation within the sites; - Keep abreast of community resources and refer families for support, as needed; - Stay abreast of agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements related to social services; - Essential job responsibilities may vary based on the specific needs of each program/department; - May be required or asked to participate in a Bethany-sponsored event; - Complete other duties as assigned.
