• Provide employee support to clarify questions related to HR, benefits, timekeeping, hiring, and documentation. • Manage onboarding processes, including verification of documentation, system registration, and follow-up on orientation/integration. • Administer and monitor electronic timekeeping records, performing adjustments, resolving issues, and providing support to managers and employees. • Support management of benefits, vacation scheduling, leaves of absence, and personnel movements/changes. • Organize and maintain updated documents, files, and internal HR controls. • Facilitate communication between HR, managers, and employees to align operational information. • Track administrative pending items and ensure compliance with internal deadlines. • Assist with general personnel/payroll and HR activities as required by operations.

• Analyze, design, develop and implement solutions using Java 8+ and modern frameworks. • Perform evolutionary and corrective maintenance on legacy systems and new products. • Ensure code quality through unit tests, code reviews and continuous integration. • Develop and consume REST and SOAP APIs, and integrate systems with external platforms. • Collaborate with business analysts, QA and other technical teams in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban). • Support technical decision-making and propose performance, security and architectural improvements. • Contribute to the dissemination of development best practices within the team.

• Create layouts and interfaces for websites, ensuring visual consistency and adherence to the brand identity; • Maintain and update existing pages; • Develop prototypes and mockups (low and high fidelity); • Propose improvements to layout, usability, and navigation; • Support the implementation of layouts in HTML/CSS (when necessary); • Collaborate with developers to ensure visual fidelity of deliverables; • Ensure responsiveness and a good experience across different devices; • Validate visual consistency and the final quality of published pages.
