- Design best-in-class visual and brand experiences that bring the idea of energy abundance to life. - Build and evolve Fuse’s brand system, including typography, color, iconography, illustration, and motion. - Define the visual language for web and mobile, shaping UI components, interaction states, and scalable patterns. - Extend the brand across digital, motion, hardware interfaces, packaging, and print. - Establish messaging principles, tone guidelines, content patterns, and microcopy standards for consistent communication.

• Develop creative designs aligned with the client's strategy and objectives • Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and other members of the creative team • Translate creative concepts into engaging visual designs • Create mood boards, style guides, and design mockups • Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions

• Design layout and graphics for both internal and external content • Oversee design projects from conception to delivery • Procure stock images as needed • Assist with coordinating outside vendor materials as needed • Work with marketing and communication teams to understand project requirements • Collaborate with other designers and departments to ensure cohesive visual messaging • Ensure all designed content adheres to the Firm's brand guidelines • Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies

• Create high-converting, on-brand visuals for email funnels, social media, and digital advertising • Design graphics for email funnels, sequences, and newsletters • Create cohesive visual themes across email campaigns • Adapt designs for desktop and mobile email clients • Design Instagram feed posts, stories, and carousel posts • Create Pinterest pins optimized for engagement and saves • Design graphics for Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all social channels • Design graphics for advertising (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) • Create visuals for landing pages and sales pages (hero images, icons, banners, etc.) • Design promotional graphics for product launches, campaigns, and special offers • Work with marketing and copywriting teams to align visuals with strategy • Follow brand guidelines and help refine the visual identity over time • Manage and organize design files for easy reuse and iteration.
