• Bring UI, characters, and game assets to life through high-quality animations, transitions, and visual effects. • Implement, polish, and maintain art assets inside Unity while ensuring visual consistency across the game. • Develop tools, automation, and editor extensions that improve artists' workflows and production speed. • Collaborate closely with Designers, Artists, Developers, and Product teams to deliver polished features. • Prototype and implement new visual experiences that enhance player engagement. • Optimize assets, animations, and effects to achieve excellent mobile performance. • Troubleshoot technical art challenges and propose scalable solutions. • Help define and improve production pipelines, best practices, and technical standards across the art team.

Role Description We are looking for a talented Unity Developer to join our team! You will be working with fellow developers & professionals in their field on the biggest Beach Bum title - Lord of the Board - Backgammon! - Designing, coding and modifying several of Beachbum’s leading games. - Making sure the games maintain a high degree of reliability and great user experience. - Collaborating with fellow developers in your team to make excellent systems and learn from each other. - Working closely with other teams to help get new and exciting features to the players. Qualifications - 2+ years experience in game development with Unity, preferred 2D games. - Good knowledge with game development concepts and design patterns. - Familiarity with networking and games that communicate with a server-side. - Experience collaborating with others on a shared codebase. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, ownership of your work from start to finish. - Comfort using AI tools, with experience or a growth mindset. • Develop and maintain brand guidelines for video and motion graphics • Create original and innovative video content that stands out and captivates audiences for use in social media, and online advertising • Continuously improve upon existing video content by testing and analyzing performance metrics • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new and creative ideas for video content • Conduct research and identify emerging trends in video marketing and storytelling • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality
