Role Description The Information Security Analyst I will support day-to-day security operations, event/incident investigation, security control assessment, data analysis and reporting, and other infosec-related activities. The analyst will work with the Project team as well as Helpdesk Support team to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities and create documentation or reports regarding infosec activity and incidents. - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. - This is a full-time, direct hire position. - Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (ET) - While working from home, employees must have a reliable internet connection and must work in an environment free of noise and distraction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Perform penetration testing; along with internal and external scanning, assess report and escalate to appropriate team and engineers. - Resolve any computers with missing Hard Drive Encryption. - Resolve and report out any violations of Office365 hardening security procedures; this includes but not limited to bypassing multi-factor authentication, device compliance policy, conditional access. - Resolve any computers and servers with missing vulnerability patch and Windows and third-party updates. - Responds to security incidents (Helpdesk Support), conducts forensic investigations and targets reviews of suspect areas as well as develop action plans to address root causes of security-related problems. - Collaborates on projects to ensure that security issues are addressed throughout the project life cycle. - Reports to Risk Manager concerning residual risk, vulnerabilities and other security exposures, including misuse of information assets and noncompliance. - Provides responsive support for problems found during normal working hours as well as outside normal working hours as needed. Qualifications - 1-2+ years of security experience working with Endpoint Security, Intrusion Prevention, and Firewall security. - 2+ years of experience working for an MSP/MSSP or SOC (Security Operations Center). - 2+ years of Incident Response experience. - Proven work experience as a system security engineer or information security engineer. - Experience in building and maintaining security systems. - Detailed technical knowledge of database and operating system security. - Hands on experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc. - Experience with network security and networking technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools. - Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols. - Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Role Description BCS365 is seeking a hands-on, client-facing Business Applications Engineer to join its growing Application Solutions & AI Automation practice. In this role, the individual will design, build, and deliver production-quality solutions for clients across a range of industries, including: - Professional services - Manufacturing - Construction - Healthcare-adjacent sectors - Finance - Nonprofit organizations The Business Applications Engineer serves as a technical consultant and developer responsible for: - Engaging directly with client stakeholders - Understanding business challenges - Translating requirements into robust Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions This individual is comfortable participating in discovery workshops as well as working within development environments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Develop and execute a territory or vertical sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets. - Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities for managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity offerings, and professional services. - Build strong relationships with C-level and senior IT decision makers, understanding their business challenges and aligning solutions accordingly. - Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and solution roadmaps tailored to client needs. - Uncover objections and overcome underlying concerns by sharing information regarding the BCS365 approach, methodologies, technology portfolio, and the value proposition of our service offerings. - Collaborate with internal technical teams to scope solutions, create SOWs, and ensure accurate handoff to service delivery. - Maintain a healthy pipeline through consistent outbound activity, networking, and leveraging channel partnerships. - Track sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline updates in CRM with accuracy and discipline. - Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to MSP and MSSP services. - Achieve strong conversion rates for phone and in-person consultations. - Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with potential and existing clients. - Actively engage in selling current clients additional services. - Utilize BCS365 sales material and call guides to screen prospects effectively, identify and understand business needs, convey relevant and compelling information regarding BCS solutions/services, and set appropriate expectations for each service. - Promptly complete daily sales activity updates, weekly sales checklists, and other requested information systems to track progress and performance. - Use HubSpot database and activity management software to accurately record client information and effectively manage client relations and the sales process. - Prepare and present regular progress reports for management. - Maintain accurate Opportunity Funnel. - Participate in ongoing management and strategy meetings. - Follow up on all presale’s activities. - Build and expand a network of referral partners. - Participate in activities and events that promote BCS365 products and services. - Participate in the development of new project proposals. - Recommend policies and procedures to enhance sales operations. - Travel to key sales events, strategic industry functions, and clients’ sites to advance relationships and drive revenue opportunities.
