• Ensure timely, accurate monthly close and statutory/US GAAP financial reporting by running the close calendar, preparing journals and reconciliations, analyzing variances, and issuing entity financials and management packs to agreed deadlines and quality thresholds • Administer payments, banking, and cash control by managing bank platforms and mandates, executing approved payment runs within policy, maintaining signatory documentation, resolving compliance matters directly with banking partners, and meeting AML/KYC and local regulatory requirements • Ensure financial audits are unqualified and delivered on time by managing external audit engagements as principal contact, coordinating document requests, evaluating findings, and determining corrective actions to ensure timely resolution and control integrity • Manage tax, payroll, and statutory compliance with external advisers by coordinating filings and statutory reports, validating calculations, addressing authority inquiries, and ensuring on-time, accurate submissions to Mexican tax and labor agencies • Monitor working-capital health and cash-conversion against Controller targets by tracking DSO/DPO/DSI and related KPIs, analyzing drivers, and initiating agreed actions with site and commercial leaders consistent with Controller/CFO policy to reduce past due and slow-moving inventory • Run the local planning calendar for budgets, forecasts, and decision analysis by gathering inputs, building templates, preparing bridges and sensitivities, and briefing the Regional Controller and local leadership on risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans • Coordinate audits and inventory control with site and logistics teams by preparing audit schedules, responding to requests, executing cycle counts, reconciling differences, documenting annual stock counts, and closing actions to verified effectiveness • Maintain administrative and local records and entity governance by managing administrative documentation, ensuring contractual documentation aligns with corporate legal standards, ensuring ERP and document-retention integrity, and keeping corporate registers current • Enforce internal controls and regulatory compliance for the Querétaro entity by maintaining the control framework, testing key controls, documenting evidence, remediating gaps, and aligning procedures with Mexican regulations and corporate finance policies
• Determine and meet revenue and pipeline growth objectives by developing and annually revising a business model aligned with strategic account plans, including program goals, growth forecasts, business objectives, and regional initiatives • Complete actionable strategic account plans that meet Dymax standards by mapping global account locations, products, pricing, and supply chains, then identifying opportunities for transactional sales, promoting differentiators, capturing specification approvals, and achieving placement on Approved Vendor Lists • Manage and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings by capturing Voice of Customer feedback from Strategic Accounts and relaying strategic needs to business unit teams for consideration in product development and service initiatives • Foster customer intimacy through Dymax business units by building relationships across functions and geographies at assigned accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and translating them into collaborative projects between Dymax teams and the customer organization or its supply chain • Demonstrate, on a recurring basis, the value Dymax delivers to Strategic Accounts by mapping customer program objectives against Dymax’s technologies, services, capabilities, and innovation roadmap • Provide technical insight and knowledge about Strategic Accounts to internal stakeholders by coordinating with Global Product Managers and functional teams (AE, BD, R&E, Production) to deliver customer-specific development briefings, training sessions, and commercial updates • Create new business development opportunities for products and services by applying market and customer intelligence to forecast needs, develop sales pipelines, and position Dymax solutions ahead of competitor • Champion the strategic importance of assigned accounts within Dymax by ensuring internal stakeholders understand account priorities, elevating customer needs at critical decision points, and advocating for coordinated support that reinforces Dymax’s value proposition
• Optimize application recommendations and root cause conclusions by deploying expert diagnostics and process refinements during in‑field service visits, digital consultations, or presentations • Manage field-based and laboratory technical projects end-to-end by defining objectives, designing detailed test matrices, supervising data gathering and analysis, and delivering clear technical reports. developing test matrices, hands-on testing & collecting and analyzing data, and reporting results in clear, easy-to-follow formats • Validate customer project requests by thoroughly evaluating technical feasibility, cost impact, resource needs, and recommending optimized alternatives • Translate technical information into actionable advice by interpreting specifications, engineered drawings, and test data, then communicating recommendations via clear and concise formats for field and office audiences • Drive sales through engineered solutions by collaborating with Territory Sales Managers and partners to adapt or design adhesive and equipment systems that resolve customer-specific challenges • Deliver impactful in-field and in-facility technical training by preparing hands-on training sessions for sales teams, channel partners, internal stakeholders, and customer technical staff • Maintain deep technical expertise by staying current on AE laboratory and field equipment, test methodologies, evolving customer processes, and competitor products and technologies. Become subject matter expert (SME) in technologies, applications and segments relevant to area of support • Champion customer requirements internally by advocating for client needs, ensuring prompt escalation of complex field issues, and representing field findings to internal teams to guide product or process improvements
