Role Description We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and service-minded HR Team Assistant to support our People function across Europe and beyond. Role Description As a (Senior) Backend Developer at Avidly EMEA, you will be a pioneer in our "AI-First" engineering strategy. This role is designed for a technical expert who does not just write code, but leverages AI and automation to achieve greater output than traditionally expected of an individual developer. You will be responsible for building complex SaaS integrations and backend applications, maintaining high-level architectural integrity while delegating execution to an automated agentic workforce. To architect and deliver robust, scalable backend systems and SaaS-to-SaaS integrations that drive value for our EMEA clients. By leveraging AI agents for development, testing, and DevOps, you will redefine delivery velocity and technical excellence within the region. Key Responsibilities - Backend Architecture & Development - Lead the design and development of scalable backend services using Python and Node.js. - Build SaaS integrations, navigating complex APIs and authentication protocols. - Ensure all technical solutions are secure, high-performing, and aligned with Avidly’s global architectural standards. - AI Agent Orchestration - Build and manage a custom workflow of AI agents to handle the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Developers: Use agents for rapid boilerplate generation, logic implementation, and refactoring. - Testers: Orchestrate QA agents to ensure good test coverage and automated bug detection. - DevOps: Utilize agents for automated CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployment. - EMEA Regional Collaboration - Report directly to the Tech Lead, EMEA to align development output with regional project priorities. - Work cross-functionally with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to translate client requirements into a working integration/application. - Upskill Solution Architects and Business Analysts with technical knowledge/skills where necessary/relevant. - Contribute to the EMEA technical roadmap by identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation. Knowledge of HubSpot APIs is a plus. - Familiarity with LLMs (GPT-5.2, Claude 4.5) and agentic frameworks (e.g., CrewAI, LangChain, or PydanticAI). Used to AI-assisted coding using tools like Cursor, Github Copilot or Claude Code. - Ability to work independently to hit aggressive deadlines. - Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English (Norwegian, Swedish, and German depending on location are a big plus). Role Description As a (Senior) CRM Consultant (with a clear Focus on HubSpot Solutions), you lead both mid-market and enterprise-level HubSpot CRM solutions - from discovery to delivery - by translating complex requirements into scalable architecture, automating processes, and driving adoption. You coach consultants, support in pre-sales, and turn CRM complexity into commercial value with Challenge-Ready focus and Fulfilment-Driven execution. Qualifications - At least 5 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot. - Experience with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations Hub. - Solution-oriented, hands-on mentality when working with CRM systems. - Motivated by solving complex RevOps challenges. - Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English (Norwegian, Swedish, and German are a plus). Requirements - Lead discovery workshops; document requirements and secure solution blueprint sign-off. - Support the sales team in scoping SOWs before deals are closed. - Define and document scalable multi-hub solution architecture plans. - Join weekly status calls, manage stakeholder expectations and handle scope changes. - Collaborate with Solution Architects to plan integration and migration processes. - Develop comprehensive SIT/UAT test plans and deliver robust testing phases. - Collaborate with Project Managers to keep delivery on track, within budget, and on scope. - Coach Juniors on documentation, storytelling, and best-practice configuration. - Work closely with HubSpot specialists to QC and test implementations against solution blueprints. - Translate complex business requirements into efficient and scalable CRM solutions. - Advise on solutions across the full customer lifecycle. - Educate senior client stakeholders on CRM practices that support adoption. - Proactively drive expansion opportunities and document recommendations. - Consistently tie delivered solution back to project objectives on go-live calls. - Stay current on HubSpot platform/CRM developments and industry best practices. - Coach 2–3 CRM consultants or HubSpot Specialists; set goals and provide feedback. - Facilitate CRM retrospectives and turn team learnings into playbooks. - Act as primary escalation point for CRM delivery risks and enterprise client issues. - Publish a minimum of 2 best-practice CRM playbooks/thought leadership pieces per year. - Facilitate team learning initiatives and unblock delivery challenges. - Represent CRM onboarding in cross team projects. - Turn at-risk workstreams into delivery wins through proactive scoping. - Use AI tools to enhance planning, QA, and documentation workflows. - Apply AI insights to improve onboarding timelines and depth of solution. - Champion adoption across the onboarding team; align usage to KPIs.
