Role Description This is a sales and customer facing position, no office requirement. The Senior Client Solutions Executive II – Mobility is a highly experienced sales professional responsible for driving strategic mobility solution sales to large enterprise and public sector clients. This individual leverages deep industry expertise, strong relationships, and advanced consultative selling skills to deliver innovative wireless, mobile, and IoT solutions that meet complex business needs. Key Roles and Responsibilities: - Strategic Sales Leadership: Lead end-to-end sales efforts for AT&T’s mobility portfolio, including wireless services, mobile device management, IoT, and related solutions for large and complex accounts. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. - Solution Consulting: Assess client business needs and develop tailored mobility solutions that drive business outcomes and digital transformation. - Account Planning & Growth: Create and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive revenue growth, solution adoption, and customer satisfaction. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical, product, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility, successful implementation, and ongoing support. - Market Intelligence: Stay informed of industry trends, emerging mobility technologies (e.g., 5G, private wireless, mobile security), and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies. - Proposal Development & Presentation: Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases for mobility solutions; lead negotiations and close complex deals. - Revenue & Performance Management: Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, pipeline goals, and performance metrics. Qualifications - Strong understanding of Mobility and AT&T FirstNet solutions. - Proven experience in sales, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry. - Strong understanding of technology, applications, and solutions. - Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Proficient in prospecting and lead generation techniques. - Knowledge of onboarding processes is a plus. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role supports strategic communications and stakeholder engagement efforts to advance the organization’s public policy objectives. The position plays a key role in analyzing policy issues, building external relationships, representing the company in the community, and supporting advocacy initiatives. Key Roles and Responsibilities: - Policy Analysis and Legislative Advocacy: - Analyze legislation, regulatory developments, and public policy issues affecting the business. - Advocate for the company’s policy priorities in public hearings and in meetings with state legislators, regulators, and staff. - Stakeholder and Community Engagement: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, community organizations, and third-party coalitions. - Represent the company on local boards and commissions and serve as a visible ambassador in communities the company serves. - Event Coordination and Community Relations: - Plan and manage community events that foster engagement among local stakeholders, elected officials, and community members. - Promote company initiatives and help address constituent and community concerns. - Cross-Functional Support and Special Projects: - Support activities related to Political Action Committee (PAC) engagement, internal collaboration, strategy development, lobbying efforts, negotiations, grant management, and other public policy or community-focused initiatives as needed. - Other Duties as Assigned: - Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities in support of business and organizational priorities. • Strategically develop and direct programs that enhance sales initiatives, optimize operational processes, and support field efforts to achieve revenue targets and market growth. • Build and maintain strategic relationships and ensure exceptional customer experience. • Focus on increasing product adoption and market penetration through targeted sales strategies and execution of engaging on-site events. • Act as the primary point of contact for property managers, leasing staff, and decision-makers within the assigned territory. • Conduct regular meetings and check-ins to understand client needs, address concerns, and identify new business opportunities. • Create and execute sales programs that align with strategic goals. • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to manage and execute programs on time and within budget. • Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and gather insights to inform sales strategies. • Evaluate and improve existing sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Supports compliance with federal and state regulations by monitoring proceedings, complaint pleadings, and regulatory developments • Review certification applications and filings required for operations • Act as a liaison to regulatory agencies, such as the FCC, by responding to inquiries and facilitating communication • Plan and implement regulatory strategies for new products to help secure governmental approval • Conduct research on regulatory trends and compile information to identify potential impacts on the company’s operations • Support processes related to documentation and reporting, analysis, witness and testimony management, regulatory strategy, public policy and advocacy, and/or stakeholder communication
• Delivering precise, efficient, and scalable legal workflows across investigation, litigation, regulatory, and similar matters, including case and fact development, document review and production, and legal research and drafting. • Building and maintaining case chronologies, key document sets, and witness preparation packages using state of the art technology; constructing privilege logs and summaries and managing large scale productions in partnership with AT&T’s team of discovery experts. • Leveraging Gen AI tools to accelerate and innovate legal analysis and drafting, ensuring that all AI-assisted outputs undergo human review and adhere to quality control protocols. • Helping our team evolve how legal work is performed, focusing on strategic project management, process enhancements with other AT&T attorneys and our outside counsel, and growing skills and technology expertise to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency gains are continuous.
