Role Description We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join our rapidly growing remote team. Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python applications and services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. - Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in backend development, familiar with Python. - Proficiency in FastAPI or similar Python frameworks. - Experience with cloud services and cloud architecture. - Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly MySQL. - Experience with Elasticsearch for search and analytics solutions. - Familiarity with AI technologies, including OpenAI and Gemini. - Experience with cloud services (AWS Lambda, SQS, S3, CloudFront). - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
