• Be a valued and trusted member of the Atlas Legal Department. • Primarily responsible for overseeing and managing all phases of complex engineering, construction, commercial, employment, and certain personal injury/auto/property damage litigation and claims, including early dispute resolution, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and post-trial matters. • Act as the point of contact for litigation, claims, and employment law matters, partnering and coordinating with other members of the Legal Department and the Company. • Engage, manage, and work directly with outside counsel on litigation matters, including selecting and coordinating with outside counsel, managing legal budgets, and driving case strategy. • Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other case documents. • Conduct internal investigations, perform legal research, issue and manage litigation holds, manage third party subpoenas, and manage the discovery process, including the production of documents, deposition preparation, and responding to discovery requests. • Communicate routinely and work directly with insurance companies in the handling of litigation matters. • Advise the Company, with the assistance of outside counsel as necessary, on employment related issues and obligations, including internal disputes, wage and hour compliance, and development of HR policies. • Support the health & safety team with OSHA and other regulatory and policy matters, working with outside counsel as necessary. • Deliver practical, business-oriented legal advice with a focus on meeting the Company goals in a legally compliant manner. • Collaborate with other members of the Legal Team to continuously improve the Legal Teams processes and operations. • Assist and support other members of the Legal Department as needed.

Job Summary: As the Sr. Manager, Infrastructure, you’ll manage and secure our Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure while supporting onboarding, offboarding, and advanced help desk escalations. You’ll oversee compute, networking, identity, automation, and reliability, assisting with IaC, cost optimization, hybrid connectivity, and incident response. This role blends hands-on operations with governance, modernization, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Manages daily cloud infrastructure operations across Azure/AWS, including compute, storage, networking, and identity. Oversees hybrid cloud environments, connectivity, firewalls, VPNs, ExpressRoute/Direct Connect, and VNet/VPC architectures. Ensures uptime, reliability, performance, and capacity planning for all cloud-hosted systems. Oversees infrastructure automation using Terraform, Bicep/ARM, CloudFormation, PowerShell, and CI/CD pipelines. Create and configure user identities in Entra ID/Azure AD and assign appropriate RBAC roles. Deploy required applications, security tools, and profiles using Intune, Mosyle, or equivalent MDM/endpoint platforms. Designs and maintains landing zones, resource hierarchies, networking topologies, and enterprise cloud architecture. Implements monitoring, alerting, and observability using tools like Azure Monitor, Grafana, and Sentinel. Owns backup/restore strategies, disaster recovery planning, high availability configurations, and resilience engineering. Partners with security teams on identity, access control, network security, vulnerability remediation, and compliance. Leads troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for cloud infrastructure issues and major incidents. Applies cost-optimization and FinOps strategies, including right-sizing, lifecycle policies, and reserved instance planning. Manages cloud infrastructure engineers, assigns work, coaches staff, and sets operational standards. Coordinates with DevOps, networking, platform engineering, and application teams on deployments and infrastructure changes. Evaluates cloud services, tools, and vendors; supports roadmap planning and infrastructure modernization initiatives. Supports large-scale migrations, re-platforming initiatives, and infrastructure lifecycle upgrades. Required Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Certifications like Microsoft Azure Administrator, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect.
