The individual will utilize designated reports to identify and prioritize student outreach by segment, based on criteria established by leadership. Participation, scheduling, and hours for this work will vary based on operational needs, student demand, and institutional priorities, and may include evenings and weekends. Program Specialist assignments in EdPlus vary and can include student support efforts that are essential for proactive and personalized student assistance, work on specialized grant-funded projects, or any other project that requires the talents of EdPlus employees outside the scope of their regular positions. These flexible assignments allow EdPlus to effectively support timely initiatives, maintain high service standards, and uphold its mission to deliver high-quality, student-centered support.
