Ecommerce Operations Manager – Full-time

• You are responsible for the day-to-day operation of our Shopify store: shop maintenance, product listings, collections, shipping zones, shipping rates, customs and country setups, checkout, payment methods, basic legal matters (e.g. data protection) as well as the technical integrity of the system. • You analyze our shop and relevant competitors, identify conversion barriers and implement improvements. • You plan A/B tests, coordinate implementation with developers/partners and evaluate results accurately. • You plan and manage product launches, sales campaigns and promotions — from preparation through execution to analysis and continuous optimization. • You critically review content and imagery, coordinate updates and ensure product pages, collections and shop elements are high-quality, on-brand and optimized for sales. • You work with tools such as Google Tag Manager and analytics/testing tools, ensuring all relevant data is captured cleanly and is actionable. • You ensure our shop continuously improves technically, visually and in terms of content — and contributes measurably to growth.
Job Requirements
- Honest, reliable and team-oriented — with a high degree of initiative
- Practical experience with Shopify or comparable e-commerce platforms (or ability to ramp up very quickly)
- You understand shop concepts: product pages, collections, checkout, payment methods, shipping/logistics setups
- Structured and independent working style: you prioritize effectively and keep an overview when handling multiple tasks in parallel
- You think data-driven and can interpret KPIs, spot anomalies and derive actions
- Communication & execution: you brief clearly, follow up and reliably drive tasks to completion
- [Optional] Basic HTML/CSS knowledge or willingness to dive in and learn
