• Oversee design and implementation of controls systems (EPMS, BAS, SCADA) • Lead system integration across electrical and mechanical systems • Manage commissioning, testing, and system validation • Troubleshoot complex technical issues in critical environments • Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and contractors • Establish controls standards and best practices • Support system turnover and operational readiness • Mentor technical staff as the team grows

• Manage MEP scope from preconstruction through commissioning • Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement, and vendor coordination • Lead constructability reviews and technical planning • Coordinate MEP trades and align schedules with field teams • Track MEP budgets, costs, and change orders • Support commissioning readiness and system turnover • Collaborate with controls, field, and commercial teams

• Lead field execution across all active projects, ensuring schedule, safety, and quality performance • Oversee superintendents, field staff, and subcontractor execution • Establish and enforce field operations standards, QA/QC processes, and safety protocols • Partner with Commercial Director and project leadership to align on budget and performance • Drive workforce planning, staffing, and resource allocation • Interface with clients, leadership, and key stakeholders • Resolve escalated project and field execution issues • Implement standardized reporting, KPIs, and operational processes

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance across projects • Oversee contract administration, change orders, and claims management • Establish commercial governance, reporting, and controls • Partner with Director of Field Operations and VP on strategy and execution • Identify and mitigate financial and contractual risks • Support margin management and profitability targets • Serve as primary commercial interface with clients and external partners • Build scalable financial systems to support division growth

• Responsible for all aspects of Security design process for assigned projects • Each project shall be managed to agreed project specific scope of work (SOW) • Deliverable Schedule • Supporting design team members to effectively perform their duties • Successful delivery of assigned Security projects • Be able to use Bluebeam to do markups and gather markup information from team members • Attend project meetings with design team members • Quality Control for the output of design document(s) and project deliverables • Respond to RFI(s) and RFQ(s) as required per project • Perform site walk(s)/visit(s) as required • Attend/Schedule weekly project meetings as required by project • Attend BIM Coordination Meetings for different projects as needed • BIM Coordination with MEP trades and our models • Assist on creating BIM Execution Plans when needed • BIM Document management (models, coordination, families, etc) • Work with live and local Revit models • Work with-in CAD when needed • Assist on implementing Designer and Project Manager designs in Revit format • Assist other team members when needed to complete projects & have productive communication with all team members

• Own performance of the Development Services business unit • Drive revenue growth, gross margin, and profitability • Originate, pursue, and win data center fit‑out and interior construction work • Oversee project execution from kickoff through closeout • Own client relationships during project execution • Build and lead high‑performing teams across preconstruction, project management, and field operations

• Manage all aspects of the telecom design process for assigned projects • Collaborate closely with designers and project managers • Conduct site walks and site visits to verify design intent and field conditions • Participate in project meetings with internal teams and stakeholders
