• Responsible for all aspects of Security design process for assigned projects • Each project shall be managed to agreed project specific scope of work (SOW) • Deliverable Schedule • Supporting design team members to effectively perform their duties • Successful delivery of assigned Security projects • Be able to use Bluebeam to do markups and gather markup information from team members • Attend project meetings with design team members • Quality Control for the output of design document(s) and project deliverables • Respond to RFI(s) and RFQ(s) as required per project • Perform site walk(s)/visit(s) as required • Attend/Schedule weekly project meetings as required by project • Attend BIM Coordination Meetings for different projects as needed • BIM Coordination with MEP trades and our models • Assist on creating BIM Execution Plans when needed • BIM Document management (models, coordination, families, etc) • Work with live and local Revit models • Work with-in CAD when needed • Assist on implementing Designer and Project Manager designs in Revit format • Assist other team members when needed to complete projects & have productive communication with all team members
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience designing electronic security and surveillance systems
- ASIS Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification (preferred)
- Experience in hyperscale data center environments and familiarity with construction processes
- Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally based on project needs
- Manufacturer certifications preferred: HID, Lenel, Axis, FLIR, Hanwha, Pelco, Bosch, Quanergy, Genetec, Assa Abloy

Role Description cFocus Software seeks a ISSO Lead to join our program supporting the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). This position is remote and requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. - Lead RMF lifecycle activities including system authorization, reauthorization, and continuous monitoring. - Develop, maintain, and update security documentation including SSPs, CMPs, contingency plans, and A&A packages. - Manage POA&Ms, risk acceptances, and remediation tracking across enterprise systems. - Serve as liaison between business units and the Office of the CISO. - Support vulnerability management, configuration management, and compliance monitoring. - Lead internal controls testing and Security Control Assessments (SCA). - Coordinate and support internal/external audits (e.g., FISMA, OIG). - Maintain authorization boundary documentation and configuration deviation tracking. - Support risk analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Facilitate weekly security meetings and stakeholder coordination.
