Role Description This role will cover US and Canada. To be the main point of contact for Colors from Nature® to customers, proactively managing their needs, aligning with color capability and portfolio. As such delivering profitable sales growth, technical competence through education and brand awareness across customers. The job holder would be an experienced commercial and/or technical leader who demonstrates the ability to inspire customers, support a high-performance culture, is technically and commercially competent and has a real passion to develop a strong value proposition for Colors from Nature®. This is seen as key leadership and ambassador role in a highly strategic market for ADM and will have significant autonomy and visibility within the organization to continue building an exciting business unit. The Employee Relations & Accommodations Specialist will be an integral part of the North America Employee Relations team at ADM, responsible for managing the interactive process for workplace accommodations in support of employees seeking religious accommodations under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, and accommodations for employees with disabilities related to state and federal disability, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) including changes by the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA), and other appropriate laws. Provide subject matter expertise to leaders and colleagues on accommodations topics. Advise Human Resource Business Partners and managers on related issues. Develop and implement employee relations compliance strategies, policies, and procedures. Provide guidance and support to HR teams and senior leadership. Ensure project and team milestones and goals are achieved on time and within budget. Provide guidance on policy interpretation and revisions, performance management, conflict resolution, and code of conduct concerns. Assist with investigations involving harassment, discrimination, and policy violations under the guidance of senior team members.
