Role Description This role will cover US and Canada. To be the main point of contact for Colors from Nature® to customers, proactively managing their needs, aligning with color capability and portfolio. As such delivering profitable sales growth, technical competence through education and brand awareness across customers. The job holder would be an experienced commercial and/or technical leader who demonstrates the ability to inspire customers, support a high-performance culture, is technically and commercially competent and has a real passion to develop a strong value proposition for Colors from Nature®. This is seen as key leadership and ambassador role in a highly strategic market for ADM and will have significant autonomy and visibility within the organization to continue building an exciting business unit. Main Responsibilities - Supporting and growing key accounts effectively. - Understand regional consumer requirements to evolve and adapt global product offering. - Oversee brand strategies and marketing execution in conjunction with Marketing Team to maximize awareness and consideration within the region. - Establish market and competitor activity monitoring from a commercial perspective. - Build / develop high performing support team to help realize company aspirations. - Identify and develop new business and partnership opportunities for awareness and growth. - Build and sustain long-term relationships with all stakeholders (internal and external). - Monthly reporting, sales analytics and technical insights; understand go-to-market strategy and how to maximize sales efficiency. - Stay up to date on natural color trend analysis, competitive activity and changing consumer behaviors through industry publications, events and insights reports. - Identify appropriate exhibitions and events to attend to build awareness and demonstrate a return on any investment. Education & Experience - Minimum 8 years of experience within the colors industry. - A thorough technical knowledge of how to use color pigments. - A proven track record of developing and executing go to market strategies. - Strong affinity with customer needs to build awareness and engagement. - Evidence of building and leading strong, high performing and motivated teams. - Marketing expertise to build consumer brands in a compelling and engaging way. - Strong analytical / P&L experience. - Excellent presentation and communication skills. - Demonstrable ability to self-motivate and manage multiple priorities. - Strong attention to detail. - Strong IT proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. - Fluent in English. - A full driver’s license and passport, and be flexible to travel on a regular basis. - The travel will be up to 50%. Role Description The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for managing opportunity search tools, optimizing search parameters, managing partner relationships, developing new partner relationships, managing the CRM tool, and presenting capability overviews to potential partners.
