Role Description The Director of Brand is the enterprise owner of brand-level P&L performance across the Antelope portfolio. This leader is responsible for accelerating revenue growth, expanding contribution margin, and building scalable brand engines that increase enterprise value. - Own brand P&L delivery and drive disciplined capital allocation - Lead innovation that fuels incremental revenue and EBITDA annually - Ensure world-class storytelling and activation across all channels - Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Growth, and Creative to deliver profitable growth Responsibilities - Consumer Insights & Brand Strategy - Stand up brand health tracking and use insights to drive investment, messaging, and channel strategy - Deliver regular consumer, category, and competitive insights to senior leadership with clear, actionable recommendations - Build scalable consumer listening frameworks that directly inform portfolio strategy - Develop segmentation strategies that improve media efficiency and messaging effectiveness - Ensure brand positioning, identity, and voice remain consistent and refreshed across channels - Brand Management & Growth - Own portfolio brand P&L, driving revenue growth while maintaining strong contribution margins - Lead multi-year brand growth roadmaps with clear paths to increased household penetration and buy rate - Lead major brand repositioning and rebrand initiatives to return underperforming brands to growth - Oversee multiple brands through direct reports with full P&L accountability - Execute integrated marketing plans to increase brand awareness and achieve revenue targets - Identify and resolve margin erosion in partnership with Sales, Finance, and Operations - Innovation Strategy - Own and prioritize a rolling consumer-validated innovation pipeline delivering meaningful incremental revenue and margin annually - Expand core platforms into adjacent and high-growth categories - Lead category expansion from validation through launch and post-launch performance tracking - Drive incremental net sales from innovation across brands - Secure new product placements in key retail partners and expand distribution into priority channels - Portfolio & Channel Strategy - Lead marketing input into SKU rationalization and portfolio optimization to improve gross margin and eliminate low-performing SKUs - Deliver margin expansion through pricing and portfolio mix optimization - Increase overall SKU velocity through focused distribution and prioritization - Partner with Sales to build a prioritized product pipeline across Retail, E-commerce, and DTC - Protect and grow key strategic accounts while reducing channel concentration risk - Leadership & Special Projects - Coach brand management team into independent brand leaders with full strategy and P&L ownership - Build the brand function into a scalable center of excellence with clear frameworks and standards - Proactively identify risks, surface trade-offs, and bring solutions that drive enterprise value Qualifications - 8-10+ years of brand management, general management, or marketing leadership experience within CPG, ideally in food, wellness, or pet - Proven ownership of brand or business P&L with demonstrated revenue growth and margin expansion - Experience leading innovation pipelines that deliver meaningful incremental revenue - Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into measurable P&L outcomes - Track record of leading cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, and Operations - Experience managing and developing high-performing brand teams - Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven environment - MBA preferred - Must love dogs or cats (and treats!) - This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in the United States Benefits - Connected remote-first culture with a highly engaged distributed workforce - Flexible PTO - Competitive compensation - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401K employer match - Professional Development & Learning Programs - Home Office Stipend - Parental leave including “pawternity” - Discounted Antelope products - Discounted pet insurance

Role Description We’re on the hunt for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our dynamic independent pet sales team! Our most successful team members are self-starters with winning mindsets, adeptly managing multiple accounts to achieve ambitious goals. In this pivotal role, you’ll get to completely own your territory - strengthening business with existing accounts and forging valuable new relationships to drive growth. You’ll have the exciting opportunity to sell all Antelope brands, including Bocce’s Bakery, Diggin’ Your Dog / Super Snouts, Ark Naturals, and My Perfect Pet. Travel is required for field coverage, including trade shows and sales meetings, which will involve overnight stays. Territory includes: IL, MN, WI, MI, MO, NE, IA, KS, ND, SD. Responsibilities - Cultivate and expand relationships with both new and existing accounts - Drive lead generation, prospecting, qualification, and closing of potential new customers - Educate prospects on the value of all Antelope products and services through compelling pitches and trainings - Leverage provided data and CRM tools to enhance sales strategies and pinpoint growth opportunities - Effectively manage within a designated trade budget - Collaborate with team members and support each other to win - Adapt and lend support wherever needed as Antelope continues to grow!
