• Lead the creation and evolution of a robust visual design system • Define typography, color systems, iconography, spacing, motion principles, and theming • Ensure pixel-perfect execution across platforms (web, mobile, emerging surfaces) • Translate brand principles into usable, flexible UI systems • Maintain consistency between marketing, brand, and product experiences • Ensure the system supports localization, accessibility, and scalability • Set the bar for visual quality, polish, and attention to detail • Conduct visual reviews and mentor designers on craft and system usage • Push teams from “acceptable” to exceptional design quality • Work closely with UX Design Leads to align visual expression with interaction logic • Partner with Engineering to ensure accurate implementation of visual specs • Contribute to design ops: documentation, governance, and contribution models

• Sourcing candidates for different level of openings. • Taking care of interview process and follow-up till the candidates joining. • Handling Joining formalities and Induction process. • Handling Verification process for new joiners and employee engagement activities. • Handling preparation of HR Related correspondence
