Role Description A day in the life of a Sales Representative at Altra looks a little like this: - The Sales Representative role sits within the Sales department, covering Georgia, and into sections of SC and FL. - Works closely with Field Service Representatives, specialty retail accounts, and cross-functional Altra teams to drive sales and activation plans. - Responsible for executing sales strategies, managing account relationships, and growing wholesale business, reporting directly to the Sales Manager, East. Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more: - Achieve monthly, quarterly, seasonal and annual revenue targets for the run and outdoor specialty and Better Footwear channels in specified territory. - Responsible for maintaining current account relationships, securing seasonal and at-once orders and developing new accounts within strategic sales plan. - Adhere to all strategic distribution guidelines set forth by Altra sales management team. - Order procurement through traditional face to face and evolved virtual processes, utilizing latest technologies and assets provided by Altra and VF. - Manage wholesale product flow to maximize sales revenue, while adhering to strict distribution guidelines. - Achieve goals and strategies set forth in the strategic plan, including enhancing and building account relationships, seasonal Go to Market and growth strategies and development of the wholesale activation strategies. - Work alongside Field Service Representative in building annual education programs, local activation calendars & seasonal sales plans for each account. - Utilize consumer, market share and POS data insights to sustain and grow retail business while proactively addressing issues and opportunities. Role Description Reporting to the Senior Medical Outreach Manager, the Medical Outreach Coordinator supports Altra Running’s growing medical outreach initiatives by strengthening regional focus, education, and engagement efforts with medical, healthcare, and wellness professionals and key retail partners. This role plays a key part in connecting the medical and retail communities, with a regional focus on driving referral business, supporting the field service reps and sales teams, and enhancing awareness of Altra’s points of difference through the medical community. This role involves frequent regional and national travel, including overnights and some weekends, about 25/50% of the time. While Altra’s headquarters are in Denver, the travel demands make this a remote role. Candidates can be based anywhere in the U.S. Key Responsibilities: - Support local and regional efforts to educate healthcare professionals on Altra’s footwear benefits and help connect them to local retail partners - Coordinate medical events, clinics, and in-store educational sessions with key retail partners - Support the planning and execution of Altra’s presence at nationwide medical and sports medicine conferences - Coordinate logistics, asset shipments, and booth set up materials for regional and national events - Represent Altra at select conferences and regional events, helping to educate attendees and build new relationships - Act as a resource for FSRs and sales reps when it comes to medical outreach activations for key retail partners - Provide training to FSR team on how to execute medical outreach events and set them up for success - Plan and execute regional medical takeovers and continue to identify ways to elevate the effectiveness of these initiatives - Support the creation and distribution of educational tools and marketing collateral (digital and physical) - Manage inventory and shipping of medical outreach kits, in-clinic and in-store assets, and event materials - Assist in content development (presentations, one-pagers, educational resources) to support medical outreach - Support tracking of tiered medical wholesale program activity and effectiveness with key retail partners and their sales reps - Collect feedback from stores, FSRs, and medical professionals to refine outreach tools, programs, and messaging - Assist in reporting on KPIs related to educational events, referrals to key retail partners, and engagement Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health sciences, kinesiology, or related field preferred - 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or community outreach – preferably in footwear, fitness, or health industry - Understanding of or experience within the run specialty or medical community a plus - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to travel regionally (up to 25-50%) for events, conferences, key meetings, etc. - Passion for running, movement, and helping others improve health and performance Requirements - Familiarity with the Altra product line - Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills - The ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external partners - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Passion for the sport of running and being active, with the desire to share that passion with others - Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Comfort presenting to small groups (clinics, retailers, etc.) - Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally - Self-motivated with the desire to show initiative and be proactive Success Metrics - Growth in number of active medical referral partners - Increase in co-hosted medical education events with run specialty partners - Consistent, on-time delivery of tools, assets, and event logistics - Improved engagement and satisfaction among FSR and sales team regarding medical marketing support and initiatives - Positive feedback from both medical professionals and retail partners Benefits - Competitive compensation package - Strong benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) - Extensive development and growth opportunities for current and future positions - Diverse and inclusive culture based on respect, connection, and authenticity

The Lifestyle Sales Manager leads overall sales planning, budget, and execution for assigned lifestyle accounts. These plans help to guide the Altra sales strategy across the U.S. As a member of the sales management team, this role provides leadership, training and vision to drive product sales by planning, controlling and directing the activities of the sales representatives in the region.
